Welcome to Francueil, a charming little town in the Loire Valley, where you can enjoy a peaceful retreat for up to 10 people. Upon arrival, a lovely, secluded garden awaits you, furnished with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the warm, sunny days in complete tranquility.

A private outdoor swimming pool, fully secured by a safety cover and fence, is available seasonally (mid-May to the end of September, except in exceptional circumstances).

Upon entering this charming home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family or friends, as well as a spacious living/dining room with a large sofa bed and a television.

Also on the ground floor, a superb bedroom awaits you, furnished with a comfortable double bed and its own private bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, and one has two single beds, perfect for children or guests. Two additional bathrooms are also available, one with a bathtub for relaxing moments, and the other with a shower for added convenience. Two additional toilets complete this floor for your comfort.

The privileged location of the accommodation will allow you to take advantage of the numerous walking paths offered by the area, and the architectural treasures of Touraine (including the nearby Chenonceau castle).
A cooperative cellar 5 minutes walk away.
Several restaurants 5 minutes from the accommodation.
The Beauval Zoo is located approximately 30 minutes from the gîte.
Amboise is less than 20 minutes by car.

Cleaning is included in the price; please simply respect the property. :)
Smoking is not permitted. Parties are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
The owners take great care of their home; please respect the furnishings.
Please note there is a pond in the garden, but it is securely fastened.
The swimming pool is only open seasonally (mid-May to the end of September, except in exceptional circumstances).

Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
