From start to finish, this was an excellent choice for us! We highly recommend Lance and Suzanne's house. Amazing hosts, knowledgeable and responsive. Beautiful sunrises and what a tranquil atmosphere. Lake Balboa is the perfect size for boating, kayaking, and it is smooth enough for even a novice paddle boarder. Hot Springs Village has so much to do!

We were very pleased with this property. The proximity to the lake was wonderful. We enjoyed many visits to the swing on the deck by the lake. So relaxing. The house was well appointed and we really appreciated the extras such as spices, plenty of paper goods and they were nice, not generic store brands. The owners were responsive and check out was easy. The only regret I have is that I forgot to start the dishwasher before we left which was really the main thing they ask besides taking out the garbage. That will bother me for a long time. We hope to be able to return when we visit early next year.

Location was great even though the lake was down while we were there. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Host was quick to respond to messages.

House was clean, kitchen & supplies were well stocked. Hosts communication was good.We were informed at time of booking that lake had been drawn down for maintenance & no guarantee it would be back to normal by time of our stay. However, we didn't realize that would mean the lake would be 100% unusable.

We moved to Hot Springs Village in the Fall of 2020 to escape the rat race and find some space to breathe. Hot Springs Village was just the ticket. We love living in a resort town! And while our golf games aren't exactly the greatest (although Suzanne does faithfully watch the PGA), we enjoy the water and hiking the trails with our dogs. Our passion is to provide you with the best, most relaxing getaway possible. So we furnished the Lake House with all the goodies we would want in a getaway, from a spectacular view of the lake to comfy couches and restful beds--and a full kitchen. I (Lance) love to cook! Consider this your home away from home.

We fell in love with this house the instant we saw it. We have always loved the water, so we jumped at the chance to own Serenity at the Lake! We hope you love it too.
