In the heart of the Somme Bay, a new (2022) 60-square-meter apartment located a 3-minute walk from the Saint-Valery-sur-Somme pier in the secure “Les Hauts de Saint Val” residence. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the complex and is accessible by elevator. A parking space is available (access via key fob). The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen. There are 2 bedrooms: 2 double beds (140 cm) (one of the double beds can be converted into 2 single beds of 70 cm). The kitchen and living room are bathed in light and open onto the large balcony. . Street parking is available (€24/day). There is only one free parking lot in Saint Valery, about a 2.5 km walk away. The path leading there runs along the Somme River. Paid parking is required throughout the town from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., except between noon and 2 p.m.<br><br>Additional Notes<br>A signed inventory will be completed upon check-in and check-out.
