The apartment has its own entrance. The chalet has 3 apartments: the owners' apartment is located below on the first floor and a second apartment for rent for 4 people is located on the first floor.

The chalet is located 2 km from the town centre, 1 km 500 from the Palais des Sports and 1 km from the Jaillet gondola.

In winter, it is possible to reach the slopes 250 m from the chalet and the return is on skis via the Santa Claus slope.

In summer, many hikes can be done from the house.
