Ocean Views Treehouse Walkable to Harbour Town

Immerse yourself in ocean sunset, marsh and wooded views in this classy coastal chic 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with wrap around multi-level decks. Just a short walk or bike ride away from the Harbour Town shops and restaurants, tennis and pickleball courts and the Harbour Town Golf Links; home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament.

Expansive multi-level deck with gas grill. Pool and Beach Access in Sea Pines Plantation. Walk to Harbour Town.

3 bedroom | 2.5 half bath | TV in each bedroom | sleeps 8

Primary Bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, Second Bedroom with king bed (can be converted to a two twins upon request), Sleeper Sofa in Living Room, Third Bedroom (lower level via a separate entrance) has a queen bed with a sitting area/ office/game table and half bath.

Outdoor living: A private wrap around multi-level deck with outdoor dining area seats six with a gas grill and several lounge areas.

Indoor Living: Floor to ceiling windows, 4 Flat Screen Smart TV's including cable, just bring your streaming service login, comfortable living room upstairs, with an additional game table/office area on the lower level.

We offer Wi-Fi, 600 Mbps, and a Bose Blue Tooth Wireless Speaker.

The Sea Pines Beach Club is 2 miles from the house and is easily accessed by free seasonal trolley, bike or car. 8 Beach Towels and Chairs (mix of low folding chairs and high collapsible chairs), rolling beach cart and cooler are provided as an added convenience. Umbrellas and additional chairs are available for rent at the beach.

Parking: Space for two vehicles with a Sea Pines Plantation Pass. Pay the admittance fee ($9 daily or $30 weekly) and collect your pass at the plantation entrance gate.

Kitchen: Fully equipped if you desire to cook. Granite counter tops, glass top range, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, crockpot and all the cooking basics and dishware you may need.

Pool: Enjoy Sea Pines Resort Pool Side at the South Beach Marina Pool (pay at the pool daily for admittance). The free Sea Pines Trolley will take you to the pool, marina, Forest Preserve and Lawton Stables from the Harbour Town Playground stop!

There is really not a beach view or beach at this location. Nice sunset however. Kitchen set up was adequate. Only used 1 bedroom of the 3. Bed was comfortable. I would say the showers did have noticeable mold in corners. The towels really were not dry when we got there and basically stayed damp through the week. I ran the bathroom fan most all days to keep moisture down. The shower head in main bath was lacking proper connection and it sprayed all over if tried to turn position.The living space did lack comfort as the couch for viewing TV was really badly broken in.The bikes that were left for guests were not in working order. Flat tires...tried to inflate with no success, so we had to rent a couple.We spent most of the days out and about the island. Love Hilton Head Sea Pines...Great location.

The Treehouse was adorable!! Deer Island was quiet and peaceful - just what we like. We saw deer daily and got to feed them (mom and babies). Great location. The house was on point. Very clean and description was accurate. All communication with Meredith was excellent from all details, check in and directions. Thank You!!

My family had a great time at this property. It had a beautiful view and a tropical jungle vibe. There was no walking beach access but a short drive will get you there. The only complaint I had was that the house really smells like mold, and I am pretty sensitive to the smell of mold. All of my clothes smelled like mold when I left, but I know this is to be somewhat expected of a humid beach property. We loved feeding all of the Deers, we had about eight come every day and we fed them carrots and apples, and it was a really cool experience. The little crabs and lizards were cute too. I would recommend this property for a family beach vacation Hilton head was absolutely adorable

Great location near Harbor Town, beautiful views of the water, nicely decorated, and a generous supply of starter items and other provisions. We really enjoyed watching sunsets from the high top chairs on the deck. There was an issue with the close proximity neighbors crating a noise problem, but the property manager and security took care of it. Overall it was a nice place for our family to spend time together.

Great stay!

The treehouse was such a cool property and when we had a late night issue (locked ourselves out) the property manager was quick to respond and help us! Would definitely stay here again. Great location as well!

Weekend getaway

We absolutely loved staying at Meredith’s treehouse! The space itself is unique. It has an awesome view of the water, we even saw dolphins one morning. A short walk down the road from Harbour town which we enjoyed! I would recommend and would stay here again(:

Fantastic Property

This property had everything we were hoping for - fantastic location, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful view(s), quiet neighborhood and the unexpected benefit of interacting/feeding local island deer. It was a quiet and relaxing time and we’re hoping to return soon!

Worst VRBO Experience Ever

Hands down our WORST VRBO experience ever! We arrived only for the check in information to be incorrect. We were locked out of the downstairs unit. The first and second levels do not connect inside and require totally separate entrances. Meredith eventually responded and told us to wait for a handyman who never arrived. Meredith then ghosted us until 10 am the next morning despite ups reaching out via text, the VRBO app and calling. When we finally got into the downstairs unit (contains bedroom) it smelled strongly of a dangerous product called Damp-Rid. The smell was extremely intense for the remainder of our stay. Being in the downstairs unit for even short periods of time resulted in nausea, headaches and chest tightness. Meredith’s responses were sparse and untimely. The towels in the master bathroom were dirty upon arrival. I was provided a code to get clean towels from the hall closet but all of the folded towels in the closet were wet. The listing advertised that there was a pool but the pool at the address provided was closed long-term for construction. The unit was very hot during the night and my husband and I could not sleep. At 10 am right after check out as we were loading into our car to pull away two security men arrived with a bucket and one of those snake catching devices. They said they had received a call to come catch a coral snake (venomous) at our address. The amount of work required by guests at check-out was more than I would have anticipated. RUN!

Great Location and quiet

We stayed 3 weeks at this lovely treehouse. The positives include 1) fantastic views 2) Walking distance to Harbor Town yet extremely quiet and peaceful. 3) Good response from management to resolve problems 4) The beds are comfortable. 5) There were ample supplies provided. Negatives include 1) Uncomfortable furniture in living room that also looked dirty 2) The TV's in the bedrooms were difficult to use 3) The place is small and not a great value for the price.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time at this property, beginning with being greeted by a welcoming party of friendly and tame deer at our rental. We fed them raw carrots and enjoyed them tremendously. Our rental made us feel like we were up in the trees, and it offered all we needed. We have told others about it and would love to stay here again.

The property was even better than the posting. We had an issue with the property but the management team took care of it right away. Super convenient location to all of Sea Pines.

Lowcountry paradise

Best of both worlds. Short walk to restaurants and Harbortown amenities, but surrounded by beautiful marshland. Very peaceful and quiet even with neighbors nearby. Herd of deer make daily stops for carrots, apples, and strawberries. We had visits from three does with their fawns. Porch and living area have amazing bay views where you can spot dolphins and amazing sunsets. Hosts provided some beach equipment and beach towels. Very nice and clean rental.

Unique Home with a View

A truly unique home that is gorgeous inside and has an amazing view. We will definitely look at renting this amazing home again. Great location and close to many things on Hilton Head Island.

Quick Golf Getaway

Great location near Harbour Town village. Clean property, everything was as described. No shower gel was provided so we had to make a late night run and everything on the island closes early. Just bring all essentials with you. Easy drive to the golf courses and the third bedroom being completely separate did not bother us, but would be interesting for families. One morning it was raining hard so you had to run outside and upstairs in the rain to get a shower in the morning. All in all it worked out well for us!

Getaway

Our experience here was breathtaking. It is officially our slice of paradise. It was romantic and the perfect size and coziness for the two of us to enjoy comfortably. The location was ideal- couldn't have been better. Being within Harbor town and sea pines was perfect, but even more so, to be on our own little quiet 'private island' . The view from our treehouse of the water was framed perfectly with palm trees and wildlife. We stared out into it for houslrs each day. Thank you for this opportunity to have such a memorable space to experience a time we will never forget. We hope to visit again soon!

Love the sea lofts.

Advertisement of view of water is a little deceiving - there are two sea lofts that block complete view of the water. No working screens on any door wall. Check-out instructions a little confusing. Would recommend having HEVAC operating instructions in reference book. Overall, one of the nicest sea lofts on deer island.
