Luxury Sea Pines Home, Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade, Near Harbour Town Golf

Our Sea Pines home was just completely renovated in 2020, and newly furnished in 2021! Everything is new! The house comfortably sleeps nine because of our unique bunk room which has 3 twins and a queen! We spared no expense in furnishing and decorating, with your relaxing vacation in mind. We have a private fenced pool and a 75-jet, 5 person lounger hot tub.
The beach is a short distance down the bike path which is next to the house. You can walk to the sand in 8 minutes and bike there in 4 minutes!
We have an amazing commercial quality Arcade Game with 3500 games! Everyone loves this machine!
Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $20 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4 with room for more guests. The kids loved the lofted beds and the swimming pool. The adults loved the hot tub and the well appointed kitchen for cooking. All enjoyed the location in Sea Pines with quick bicycle access to the beach and to ice cream! We look forward to returning soon.

Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location in Sea Pines. We walked to the beach and rode bikes to South beach and Harbour Town in about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay for the second time around! House had everything needed, was clean, and the perfect amount of space for our family. Our son loved the arcade game, heated pool, and hot tub. The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners were very nice and responsive. The location was in a quiet area of SeaPines. The beach was within an easy 10 minute walk. It was also a pleasant exercise walk to Harbour Town or an easy bike ride. The pool and hot tub are within a very private yard. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Great Family Friendly Location

We had a great stay, the location was centrally located in Sea Pines, a short bike ride away from the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a nice addition. We had a wonderful stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The home was lovely and had everything we needed and more. The beach was a short easy bike ride, even our 7 year old had no problem making the trip. We loved riding all over Sea Pines on the bike trails. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the petting zoo. We also enjoyed playing putt putt and visiting Harbor Town.We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Perfect spot!

This place was perfect for our two families and sets of 4 and 2 year olds. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach with a few bikes. Every amenity you need is there and then some. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would absolutely book this place again!

We love Sea Pines! The beach, the bike trails, the moss. Fall is our favorite time. Our backyard pool and hot tub are incredibly private, with all views blocked by nature
