Coastal Cabana is a tastefully decorated and completely updated 4 BR +loft/3.5 BA beach home and in the ABSOLUTE PERFECT LOCATION - THE FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD! It is one of the shortest walks to the beach in the Seacrest North community. Located on a large corner lot with a long, private driveway. You'll love kicking back on the two large wrap-around decks, or the third floor sunset balcony, to enjoy the fresh breezes of the gulf!

Coastal Cabana’s open floor plan features a stylish living and dining room, and an updated gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is a large first floor bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. On the second floor is the large master and it’s stunning bath ensuite. There is a fun bunk bed room, a queen guest room, and a spacious full bath with large closet, on the second floor. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV! The third floor tower features a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, wet bar and half bath.

It was located in a nice neighborhood with a wonderful pool area. The house was spacious and was furnished with lots of amenities for cooking. The bathrooms came furnished with quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. We loved staying there.

Wonderful house that was more than enough space for our family of 7. New beach chairs and umbrellas along with lots of beach toys available for our use. Great location in the community for short distances to the beach and pool. I would advise to rent bicycles as soon as you arrive…and go set up your beach spot by 6am if you want a close spot to the water. Otherwise…you will be sitting by the trash bins. This was the difficulty of this trip with our aged and limited mobility parents. They were limited to only places that could be driven to. We drove to Dog Beach in PCB by the Pier as that was the easiest walking distance for them to the ocean. The 15yr olds and my husband and I had a GREAT time…I’m just not sure if the grandparents did?!?

Fantasic Vacation

Our recent stay at the beach vacation rental in 30A was spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere of the property welcomed us. The rental was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect. We enjoyed daily walks along the shore, stunning sunsets, and refreshing swims in the crystal-clear waters. The rental's proximity to local shops and restaurants added to the convenience and charm of our stay. We loved exploring the quaint streets of Seacrest, indulging in delicious meals, and browsing through unique boutiques. Inside the rental, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms ensured restful nights, while the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. Love Coastal Cabana

We always have the best time at Coastal Cabana. This was our 3rd time staying at the house - it is always clean, well-stocked with necessary items, and comfortable for my older parents, my husband, my 2 younger children and me. Lulu truly cares about her vacation home and it shows! She is very communicative and helpful and will do anything to make your stay the best it can be. I hope we can come back sometime soon!! We know where we will be staying if we do come back to the area! :)

Perfect house near the pool and ocean

The house was just as described. Very clean, close to the pool and beach as well as many restaurants. Having the tram for all our beach stuff was so nice. The house had everything we needed. The older kids loved the 3rd floor area to hang out. Lulu was an amazing host and communicated with us throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here! Lulu was a wonderful and communicative host. Getting to the beach was easy and we loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for families!

Our family had a lot to celebrate and Coastal Cabana was the perfect place to make wonderful family memories! The house had everything we needed, it was in a great location, and the host gave us very detailed instructions and suggestions was very easy to communicate with.

Clean, great location, gorgeous house!

Wonderful place for a family vacation with our family of 5 plus both sets grandparents! The house was spacious for our group and plenty of bathroom space and a kitchen table big enough for all of us. Primary suite was very large and had plenty of room for a pack n play without making us crowded. All of the supplies we needed were there, including liter bottles of shampoo and body wash in the showers! The host was quick to respond to the few questions we had. The house was clean, much more so than 2 other properties I’ve stayed at at Seacrest before. Great location for beach, pool and walking to shops! Side door entrance through the laundry gave us a great spot to kick off shoes and drop our towels straight in the washer. This is not the hosts fault but the beach was very very crowded. We used the access and walked down a little way and just stayed in the tide in front of the private area. That worked for us because we aren’t all day beach goers. I tried reserving chairs a week in advance and they were full so I would recommend trying a month or so out. That would make for a better experience. When I asked, the host also gave me suggestions for public access a short drive away but we didn’t check it out. Don’t snooze on the ice cream at Smallcakes (love the toasted marshmallow) and tacos at LaCo…both were amazing! We will stay at this house again in the future!

Beautiful home in the perfect location

We loved the neighborhood, house and community lagoon pool! We could easily walk to Rosemary and Alys for restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to beach but it was extra nice for the use of the neighborhood tram. Would definitely book again !

2nd time at Coastal Cabana!

This was our family’s 2nd vacation staying at Coastal Cabana and our 2nd stay was just as wonderful as our first! The house is truly a home away from home for us, as it is clean, comfortable, and Lulu is the best hostess. She is professional and responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the stay at her home is flawless. The location of the home couldn’t be better - right at the tram stop and a quick walk away from the pool. We even discovered the parks right behind the property this year, which my kids loved. 10/10 recommend, and we will be back next year! Thanks Lulu!!

We are from the DFW area in TX. We love to travel as a family and made lots of great memories over the years. After years of vacationing at different locations along 30A, we decided to purchase a place of our own and share it with other travelers, like the many gracious hosts we encountered over the years.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Seacrest Beach is centrally located along the east end of 30A. It has a large lagoon pool, several parks/green spaces, and a pavilion with shops and restaurants. According to a local realtor, the masterplanned community was modeled after Seaside with improvements for wider streets and better water drainage. In addition, Seacrest Beach is less than a mile from well established and older Rosemary Beach and developing modern Alys Beach, both with plenty of additional options for shops and restaurants.

The best of Seacrest Beach is its deeded beach access less than 10min walk from our home. In addition to the beautiful white sand and turquoise water, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and water sports, the Sunset /Seacrest beach has one of the most stunning sunset. We love going there for morning walks and have sunset picnics.

Seacrest Beach is a great destination for families with kid-friendly activities and attractions. The area boasts a tight-knit community feel, with local events, markets and festivals. The scenic beauty of the area is enhanced by unique coastal dune lakes, abundant wildlife and lush vegetation, providing a serene environment.

Overall, Seacrest Beach is a vibrant community that offers a blend of relaxation, adventure, and community spirit, making it a perfect destination.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is ideally located within the Seacrest Beach community. Being at the front of the neighborhood, it's a quick walk to the beach, lagoon pool, and guest service. We are directly across from the tram stop (complimentary for our guests) for the beach. Being on a corner lot, our home is further apart from our neighbors and with views of the community. The best features of our home are the expansile porch and balcony on the first and second floors, and a sunset deck on the third floor with beautiful views of the golden sunset hours.

Unlike many other properties, we self-manage our home and keep it updated to the best condition for our guests to enjoy while maintaining competitive rental price. In doing so, we hope our guests will feel at home while staying with us and take care of our home like their own.
