From the stunning panormaic Gulf views, coastal furnishings, expansive patios, 3 living spaces, 5 bedrooms each with their own designated bathrooms, to the open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped unit is the perfect spot for memories to be made!
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts quartzite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a drip coffee machine, eat in breakfast bar with bar stools, dining table that seats 8 inside and another outside, and doors that open on to the lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. HD smart TVs are in the living room and every bedroom so renters can access their own Neflix, Apple TV, and other programming accounts easily.
Off to the side of the home, you'll also find a cozy patio area complete with a fire table and a neighboring artificial grass space, which is perfect for relaxing, letting the kids play, or enjoying some friendly corn-hole competition while taking in the beautiful Gulf views!

Other things to note -Weddings and other similar events may be allowed at this home for an additional event fee; please inquire for more details. Events without approval by the manager are not allowed, and violation of this and any other home rule may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to community and management fines. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes or other amenities provided to guests.

The walk into Alys was convenient and the beach at the property was beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed and our family enjoyed our stay. We would go back to the Double Jack.

Double Jack stay
The Double Jack was a great place to stay. The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and the number of bathrooms was great for our group. Easy access to the beach and easy access to walk/bike from the house. Beautiful views of the water. It was a wonderful trip!!

Perfect beachfront house
We searched through many many properties looking for a rental that had everything we needed/wanted. This house exceeded our expectations and was truly perfect. The location was great and private beach area made it so easy to walk back and forth to the beach throughout the day. Beach was not too crowded. House was clean, well stocked kitchen (even had some oil, plenty of spices, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker), propane grill worked well, lots of beach gear like crab nets, boogie boards, chairs, toys, and an outdoor shower to wash sand off. There are shops, restaurants close by and bikes for use. The AC worked well. Each room has its own bathroom and smart TV. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking in the driveway. There’s a ping pong table and foosball table. Property manager was very kind and responsive. Would definitely love to return to the Double Jack.
