Facing south on an enclosed plot of 1200m2, not overlooked, with heated swimming pool, this spacious tastefully decorated house provides all the comfort for a successful holiday.
The 2 terraces, one of which overlooks the outdoor bar and the swimming pool, are equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture as well as an American barbecue and a gas plancha.
The outdoor bar is equipped with a water supply, a refrigerator and a freezer, beer tap.
To occupy your afternoons, the house offers a dartboard, shuffleboard and many board games.
On the first floor you will find a large bright room with dining area, living room with large screen 4K TV (Orange TV), and a reading area/office, wifi is available throughout the house.
A fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave oven, traditional oven and steam oven, but also an induction hob, a refrigerator, and all the small appliances.
A scullery with large sink, washing machine, dryer, cupboards, fridge, freezer, ironing facilities.
A second living room opening onto the swimming pool with dining room and lounge area and TV. With a double glazed partition for meals and end of the day.
The sleeping areas consist of:
A master suite with a double bed (180x200), a spacious dressing room, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer. In the extension of the bedroom you will find a separate toilet with washbasin and the traditional sauna.
Upstairs, three beautiful bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with a 180x200 double bed that can be changed into 2 single beds. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and one with a 140x190 bed. WC and a bathroom with shower.
The house also has a bicycle garage, with 2 bicycles (mountain bikes) available opening onto the parking lot with electric gate accommodating 2 to 3 cars.
For a young child, high chair, extra bed and stroller can be provided free of charge on request.
Bed and bath linen is included in the rental, beds made on arrival.
For your comfort, an optional cleaning fee is available. These include cleaning of the accommodation on your departure, inside and outside.
The heated swimming pool is open from May to September inclusive. Maintenance is carried out once a week by a professional.
