Welcome to Rocky Top Cabin's A & B
Rocky Top Cabin's A & B are two cozy cabins located in the charming hamlet of Garfield, Colorado. Cabin A is a bi-level cabin with one bedroom, while Cabin B is a studio-style cabin with a queen-size bed. These cabins are perfect for all year-round relaxation and outdoor fun.
The cabins are located next door to each other, and are just minutes away from Monarch Mountain's all-natural snow for skiing and riding. The Monarch Crest Trail for world-class mountain biking is also nearby.
**During the winter months, it is recommended to access the cabins with a 4-wheel drive vehicle.
**Please note that these cabins back onto Highway 50, and there may be highway noise at times.
Cabin A offers:
-1 Queen size bed on the second level
-Full size sleeper sofa in the living room
-Well equipped kitchen- two burner electric plate and Oster Convection Oven
-Wi-fi (can be spotty in the mountains)
-Smart TV for streaming all your favs
-Propane Grill
-Outside Deck
-Washer & Dryer
Cabin B offers:
-Studio style living- combined bedroom/living/kitchenette
-Queen size bed
-Wi-fi
-Smart TV to stream all your favs
-Storage for Snowboards & Skis
-Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate
-3/4 Bathroom
****There is only parking for two vehicles, one in each driveway. There is no room for trailers or RV's/Campers.
You are not allowed to park on CR 227 at anytime.
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.
Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.
All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.
~Cleaning Fee is $160.00 (CDC Guideline Clean)
~Discover, Visa, MC accepted for payments.
~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-instructions will be sent to the guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.**
