Welcome to our charming 2nd-floor condo at Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis Club, perfectly situated along the Intracoastal Waterway in Indian Shores. Enjoy effortless access via elevator or a short staircase from the parking level, with one assigned parking space waiting just for you.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers an open kitchen, a bright and airy living room, and a private balcony with stunning views of the Intracoastal greens and serene waters. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample cabinet space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Share meals and memories around the large dining table in the cozy dining area.

Great spot for spring break

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at Greg's condo. The location was very convenient to the beach and the on-site activities & nearby mini-golf kept the kids entertained all week. The condo was comfortable and well stocked for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, lovely, great location, well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, all kitchen equipment, plenty of space, well furnished. There were plenty of beach chairs, play equipment, beach umbrellas and a large wagon to cart it all around!! The condo is airy and bright, with lots of comfortable seating. The owner is helpful and easily reached if needed. The beach is beautiful, right across the street, and there is a nice pool with plenty of comfortable seating. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the Salt Rock Grill is next door! The laundry facility is large and easily accessible. Very well maintained property and grounds. Several very nice tennis and pickleball courts. We had a great time!

Great Property at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property! Clean, well stocked kitchen, and timely communications with the owner. Enjoyed the pickleball courts and handy beach access.

Great condo near the beach!

This was a great condo close to the beach. The condo was set up perfectly at the end of the hall on the second floor. The property owner, Greg, was very communicative and would respond quickly with any question we had. Would definitely recommend to others!

Very enjoyable stay

This condo was exactly what we needed. A very tropical style to feel like a getaway. Super convenient to get to the beach - especially since Greg has a closet of beach toys/equipment to use and a collapsable wagon to help you get it there. We enjoyed a hot tub & swim every night and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Wonderful stay at one of Florida's most beautiful beaches

We drive over from Tampa every summer for a beach get-a-away. This was one of our favorite trips. The condo was so clean and welcoming! The owner was great, checking on us to make sure check-in was smooth and if we needed anything. The unit is quiet from beach noise and so peaceful. Beach access, restaurants, and putt-putt golf are all within walking distance. We will definitely come back next summer.

Winter getaway with friends

We had a great time. Location was great. Right across the street from the beach. Gregg was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Had pretty much everything we needed at the condo. Pool and hot tub area were very nice as were the tennis and pickleball courts. The area is still recovering from the hurricanes but plenty of restaurants close by. Thank you Gregg.

There is a great deal of value provided by Greg's property. The proximity to the beach, the items he provides to enjoy your stay at the beach is fantastic! We had 6 adults staying at the property and at no time did any of us feel like we didn't have our own space. Greg was extremely responsive prior to our stay and the time I had to contact him during the stay! We recommend this property on every level and enjoyed our time for sure. We will be back!

Great Location and Place!

My family of 5 stayed here while visiting friends. The place was clean and provided all you needed. The beach was conveniently across the street. My youngest son enjoyed playing in the pool when not at beach or visiting friends. There was also a mini golf ride next door which is nice if you have kids. My mom (75 yrs old) loved that she was able to go to beach everyday and even watched the sunset. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. He was great!

Amazing Stay

Our family stayed here for our spring break trip. Everything exceeded expectations. The condo is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. There is a large balcony, very nice pool/hot tub area, tennis/pickle ball courts, and a pier to fish off of. Beach access is right across the street and the host provides wagon, cooler, chairs and beach toys. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive/trolley ride away. The host was very responsive and available if needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Indian Shores 2023

This was a 2br. 2ba condo. Fully supplied with all the dishes, sheets, towels and beach accessories needed. The owner was easy to work with, answered all our questions and was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. The condo was 2 minutes walk across the street to the beach. Restaurants were close by. Highly recommend this for a family. Pool and tennis/pickle ball courts available.

Great location but…..

Unit is in a great location. Walk across street and you are at beach! But, unit itself is run down. Housekeeping before renters come in needs to be much better. Needs to be updated. Not what we expected.

Week of family fun and sun!

Our family had an amazing week staying in this Indian Shores condo! This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The condo was very well cleaned! It had supplies to start us off for the week (toilet paper, paper towels). The beds were comfortable. The location was closer than I thought to the beach. It was a 4-5 minute walk to the beach everyday. The beach chairs, wagon, cooler and toys were so helpful and convenient! I was very pleased with the owners response time. We had a question the day of arrival and he responded quickly. He checked in on our 2nd day to make sure everything in the condo was as we expected. We look forward to staying again in the future!

You can’t go wrong with this rental!!

The property was exactly as advertised. This is a beautiful condo just across the street from beach access. Greg is a super host and answered any question I had within minutes. All the beach equipment and wagon made this trip so much easier than any I’ve had prior. The pool area was an awesome place to relax after a day at the beach. I can’t leave a review that explains how much my family and I enjoyed this property.

Great location and condo

Stayed here for a family vacation! It was such a great location. Very short walk to the beach and great pool/recreation area. The condo was pretty spacious and hard to hear through the walls. We had planned to rent a lot of beach equipment but I’m so glad I read the reviews because the condo had it all!!!! Chairs, umbrella, tent, toys, balls, sports equipment, etc. was all there. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink breaking during our stay but I reached out to Greg and the issue was fixed within 24 hours. The ONLY issue we had with the property was the dang bell at the putt putt place next door felt like it was right outside our window and wasn’t good for the nights we went to bed early. Putt putt closed at 11 though so it won’t keep you up too late!

Amazing

This property is awesome. It was spacious and very welcoming. The location was great and close to the beach. The beds are comfy and kitchen is big. Greg, the owner, is a great communicator. The condo was very nicely kept and clean. He had everything you needed to enjoy your vacation. The balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and to get fresh Florida air. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Steps away from the beach

Great location with many shopping & restaurant options within a few miles. A few minor issues that Greg took care of right away without hesitation. There were 4 of us on this trip & had lots of room to move around. Having beach chairs available in the unit was a big plus!!

Great unit in a great location

The unit is great and I don't need to go into too much detail as it has been covered here already. The property is the closest to the beach which is beautiful. A quick walk back if you forget anything. Greg has provided coolers, a wagon, umbrella, beach toys and even a fishing pole (I caught monk fish off the inlet dock). There's a large balcony off the living room that's great for morning coffee. An elevator ride to the top floor gives you a great view of the intercoastal. Back to location there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and bars close by if you don't want to stray too far. Greg's communication is top notch. As a family of 5 with kids 13, 19 and 21 we had plenty of room. It was our first time in the area and I'd definitely rent this unit again.

What a great place!

Everything was impressive about this property from booking to checkout. Greg is a great communicator and accepted our very last minute request to book this trip promptly. We loved the area and unit so much we asked to stay an additional few days. Again, Greg was quick to respond and went out of his way to accommodate us and contacted VRBO to make the arrangements. Much appreciated was the laundry on the 4th floor, the luggage carts on site and the elevator which made moving items from car to unit and unit to car effortless. Unit is very clean, has a super well stocked kitchen which allowed us too prepare a Thanksgiving meal as easily as if we were at home. Area is quiet and the view of the intercostal waters was exactly what we needed. Thank you Greg for everything.

Can’t wait to come back!!!

This property was exactly as pictured! The whole process was easy and Greg was easy to work with and responded immediately when I had any questions! He also checked on us during Elsa! The location was great, just across the street from the beach, a very short walk; right beside a putt putt course, close to lots of restaurants and shops! The condo was the perfect size for myself and my two boys! Had everything we needed! Loved having the beach chairs and all the extras available! The pool was great and my son liked the gym! I would highly recommend staying at this condo!!!!!
