In addition to a delightfully open floorplan and contemporary updates throughout, this retreat offers an elegant blend of modern accents and old Florida flair. You’ll also enjoy the added luxury of two suites with king beds and smart TVs in each bedroom and the living area.

Outfitted with a full suite of appliances, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare beach snacks and home-cooked meals.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach. Popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds, this area is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and has an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, this community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It’s also home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, as well as the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Dog-friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.

The elevator is currently not working.
Front lobby code box is not working with no additional manual key.
Guest can enter building from the beach side of the property.
Important Notice: Hurricane Helene and Milton Recovery
Please be advised that due to ongoing recovery efforts from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, construction work is currently underway at the complex. Guests may experience construction noise and see workers on-site during their stay.
Additionally, shared washers and dryers on all floors are currently out of service, with a repair date to be determined.
***This Unit is being affected by the beach nourishment project: The beach behind the complex and access has been blocked. The parking lot is hard to access at times due to the heavy machinery being brought in. Balcony views are obstructed since the beach is blocked by equipment and machinery. Per the timeline, Indian shores could be effected until the end of September and into October.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The view is beautiful and its easy to get to the beach. The only complaint is how hot the master bedroom is. You can only turn the thermostat down to 73 which is not enough to cool the master. You definitely need the fans that are in the closet of the 2nd bedroom.

Amazing location, condo was just as described and much needed. We watchee dolphins swim by from our balcony. So peaceful, just perfect except the sliding doors to the balcony wasn’t working & had to put a ticket in but would absolutely stay at the point again location location

Great Getaway!

The condo was exactly as described. The elevator was working while we were there but was a little slow. We needed an additional parking space and got the permit from the police dept (across the street from the condo) for overnight parking in Tiki Gardens (25 per night) where the lot is patrolled at night. We loved this beach! There were mostly families and it was not as rowdy or as crowded as I had thought it might be. The condo itself was pretty much exactly as pictured and the balcony was so incredible with the wraparound! Definitely planning on coming back to this area!

Almost Perfect

We loved staying here & would come back. PROS: it is literally right on the beach. Steps from sand. The beach is super clean and not crowded at all. The views were amazing. nice and safe neighborhood. The room was updated and decorated nicely. Mostly very clean. Great balcony with furniture for 4 people. Updated appliances and everything you might need to cook. CONS: while it was clean, there were some things missed- an old snack pack of cheese and crackers someone had laid in the windowsill. While it could be easily missed, still gross and could attract bugs. A wrapper of some sort under one of the beds. Every other area VERY clean. No option for late checkout. Our flight doesn’t leave until later in the day so it makes it hard to go places with luggage. There are no bathrooms accessible from outside once you are out of your room. Not enough towels for more than 1 person! We had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. That’s it!! When I messaged Them they said we would need to purchase more so we had to place a Walmart order. They do provide small amounts of shampoo and body wash but again, only enough for 1-2 people. Depending on how long you stay/how many people you have with you there is also not enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. NOTE: the listing says the elevator was down but it is currently working. They said there are no beach chairs provided, however, there were a few beach chairs, and beach towels in closet. Overall and GREAT location.

My family and I had great vacation at this condo. Everything was perfect and as advertised. We enjoyed the beach and the surrounding locations. We would most definitely stay here again

Stunning Views!

This is a nice property and has amazing views, it is located in a great place that is family friendly. It is not a long distance to the airport in Clearwater, there are restaurants not too far away. Walmart grocery delivers to the address. This neighborhood is calm, not a party atmosphere like so many other Florida beaches, great place for kids to play on the beach. Did I mention the views? There was a wedding on the beach one evening, and EVERY evening everyone comes out to watch the spectacular sunset. The only comment that I have for the owner is that it could be cleaner, it is in need of deep cleaning. I also recommend linen & towel replacement. If this property was at a lower price, I would not even mention these things, however, paying a premium price, the expectation is that everything is fresh and clean and not worn.

We loved it but it has its quirks

Good things: The view at this property is gorgeous! You are steps from the beach and the building is in a safe neighborhood. It is also secured by a keypad to the building as well as your unit. It’s relatively quiet and there is a great coffee shop across the street. The condo is spacious with lots of seating, kitchen and beach supplies, and games for a rainy day. Not so good things: The ice maker is noisy but can be turned off. The thermostat is adjustable but it doesn’t matter what you set it to, within a few hours it will readjust itself back to 74. The doors and windows are old. During one of our days there we had 25 mph winds with gusts above 40. The sliding glass door to the balcony and the windows whistle and knock. It takes some jimmying to dampen the noise. Other things that are helpful to know: You are only given one parking space. The town center across the street is recommended for extra parking. It is metered and they don't allow overnight parking. We had two cars so this was a challenge. The property allows pets but there is no space or grass anywhere for pets to potty. The closest grass is across from the town center park and neither the park nor the beach allow pets. You can't sit anywhere on the couch without being blasted by the AC just because of where the vents are. Not their fault, it's just the design of the unit. There is W/D on each floor which is shared by four units. It only takes quarters and there is no change machine in the building.

Too high tech.

The TV streaming service was awful. The thermostat was impossible to adjust and did not control heating or cooling. No instructions for TV or thermostat. Ice maker was always making a loud popping noise.

Great Location and Condo

The condo was very nice and the view was gorgeous from the porch. The layout was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bathroom. We enjoyed spending time on the comfortable couch as well as watching the sunset on the patio furniture on the porch. The beach was great and right out the back door. There were beach chairs in the closet which we used. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to cook a meal. There were lots of fun places to go eat and drink close by. There was some construction happening in a few of the units, so there was quite a bit of hammering going on during the day. The supplies provided (paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner) were not in realistic portions to our 6 night stay though they might have been enough for a couple day stay. Overall it was a wonderful place and we enjoyed our time. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

The only complaints there were only 1 bath towel per guest for the entire stay. The coffee pot filters were too small and you would get coffee grounds in your cup. There were grounds in the coffee machine that were old The location was wonderful right on the beach. Quiet area Would stay again

Great Stay

We loved this place! The wrap around balcony was awesome and had solid, comfortable furniture. Everything was updated. The open kitchen was well equiped and thought out. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Location had a coffee shop and restaurant near by. Would definately come here again!

Mattresses are awful!!!

I would have given this lovely condo 5 stars if not for the old, tired mattresses. We couldn't sleep at all and eventually we each slept at the foot of each king bed to at least get some sleep. Our backs were so sore!! Please replace the sleep number which no longer works and the other king in the master which is saggy and concave.

On the beach

Roomy condo with a fantastic view of the gulf. Sunsets were spectacular! Nicely appointed decor. Only drawback was the lack of a closet in the main bedroom (it was locked off as an owners closet). Would definitely rent again!

Great Beachfront Location

My wife and I just spent 4 days at this beachfront condo. Everything was as described, and the condo was very clean. We loved the stretch of beach that we were on. Sunsets on the balcony were outstanding!

Excellent place to stay!

It was a amazing place to stay! Very clean and has all supplies needed just like home. Beautiful view of the Beach and close to great restaurants.
