The best place to get away from it all is at Shore, I'm In! Enjoy the private backyard pool (pool heating available), the six-person hot tub or hop in the golf cart to roll to one of two convenient public beach accesses. Best of all, everyone is welcome, as this home accepts up to two dogs per stay.

Beautiful, spacious and sunny, renovated home offering a large, open living and dining area. Kitchen features stainless appliances, wine refrigerator, granite countertops and dishwasher. Laminate flooring throughout, tiled bathroom floors, stacked front loading washer and dryer. This home is also equipped with wireless internet throughout, streaming capabilities and a DVD player with plenty of DVD's to choose from.

Wake up with a cup of coffee on the front porch, which features ocean views! Full front side sun and back covered decks (lower deck with TV). Other outdoor amenities include and outside shower, covered parking and beach access just steps away. All this with an amazing view!

The golf cart can be used by guests with an additional $350 fee per stay. Outdoor elevator on the property is not for guest use.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Beautiful seaside getaway

From the pool to the proximity to two public beach accesses, this updated getaway was wonderful. Full kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful decor and updated kitchen with wine cooler. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect week

Overall I would 100% book this house again. Location is great! The pool was always in the sun which was exactly what we wanted. This house comes equipped with soooo many utensils and kitchen appliances! I loved opening up the blinds and having the entire living room filled with sunshine. The only things I would change which isn’t on the house, it’s more the cleaning company would be to leave a pool skimmer so people can get the bugs out of the pool, and to vacuum the rugs and furniture of dog hair. We found two vacuums and got the job done in 15 minutes so no biggie. I absolutely loved this house. 10/10 would recommend

Family-friendly

This house is all about location. We were very close to two beach accesses, which was perfect with a toddler and all his accessories. We rented the golf cart that came with the house and it was perfect for getting around. Unfortunately, it stopped charging and no one from the management company ever came to fix it. The pool was also green when we checked in and it took two days of our four to resolve it - no refund offered. Be diligent if you run into issues and contact the company directly vs. using the VRBO app. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious, perfect for cooking for a little one. The spiral staircase was a challenge and not toddler or pet-friendly but the built-in gates gave peace of mind. Just know the kids bedrooms are upstairs! Overall, I’d recommend this as a clean and relatively family-friendly place to stay!

Sea View Cottage

We loved Sea View Cottage for the entire family. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold, and we did not get to enjoy swimming in the pool or the ocean. That did not stop us from walking on the beach and enjoying all that Sea View Cottage offered us. We would stay there again!!

Perfect getaway

This was our 2nd visit to A Sea View house, and it was perfect, again! The owners added a very comfortable outdoor living space under the deck by the pool, complete with bistro lighting and a grill island with built in Yeti cooler. Perfect! We will be back!

Pet friendly with ocean views!!

We truly enjoyed spending our New Year's weekend in this home with ocean views and great decks on both the front and back of the house. The house is perfect for a smaller family with a dog (the spiral staircase might be trickier for toddlers, but our older kids loved it). The newly updated kitchen was definitely the highlight. If you like to cook and to be able to see the ocean and sunset from your dining table, this is the spot!

Home away from home

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfortable this home was. It was a last minute booking for us and i feel like we landed on a good one. The home was set up well and it was a short walk to a beach access. All in all I was impressed. I will plan to come back to long beach again.

The house was well maintained, designed, and great location. Loved that it was walking distance to beach. We had clean linens and plenty of them which was a major bonus.

Wonderful House!

Very clean house. Right across the street from the beach. Access is 50 yards away from you. Front deck, rear deck or sit by the pool. Kitchen had everything you need plus 3 speed overhead fan. Master bed was very good. Good communication with rental manager. Will return. Thanks!
