We enjoyed the property and all the accommodations. About mid week the ice maker stopped working. When we arrived the message replace filter was displayed. Everything was so nice we just overlooked that issue.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable and you can hear, smell and see the ocean from the house. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

We'll Be Back

Plenty of room for my family of 6 adults & 2 furbabies. All beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of seating in the livingroom. Very short walk to beach access and very little traffic to deal with crossing the road. Best place we've ever stayed on vacay!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Natalie & Brads beach house! The house was convenient, clean, and Natalie/Brad could not have been kinder or more accommodating. It was a huge plus that they had a high chair onsite for us to use for our young son. We hope to come back next summer!

Great Multi-Family Getaway

We had 2 families stay at this house. It was such a great location. Just a short walk to the beach, plenty of beach amenities, and a great outdoor space. We spent most of our time either at the beach or outside the house. It was the perfect size for both of our families. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The lift was quite useful and super helpful. Long driveway makes it great for multiple vehicles. It was very clean, and only a few steps from the beach. Natalie was so welcoming and we would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great beach house!

We had a wonderful week at the beach in this lovely home. So nice having beach chairs and umbrellas available at the house for our use. The walk to the beach was easy since we were so close to the public access. The lift was fantastic! Don’t hesitate renting this house. Beautiful accommodations and the front porch was our go to spot in the evenings.

Fun time with friends!

We really enjoyed the house and property. Location was good although I originally wanted ocean front. The space was just right for 6 adults. The master BR had a delux bed - very comfortable. Really enjoyed the time of year - not crowded on beach or neighborhood.

Great Family Getaway!

Great beach house!!! The house it self was amazing. Not only was it clean and beautiful, but it had everything and anything you could possibly need. And I can't say enough about the lift lol. We had two sets of grandparents stay with us, and having the lift to bring everything up for us was a life saver! The house was in such a great location; just a short walk to the beach! We had the best time and plan on staying here again!!!

We loved the house. Only complaint would be the shaggy area rug in house. Not a rug I would have in a rental property. I would still stay there again.

Great vacation rental, even with the rain

Exceptional and very well appointed property. Many extras that you normally do not get including lift, bicycles, beach items (did not use), cleaning supplies. Lacked a mixer, mixing bowls, & spatulas, but otherwise kitchen was very well stocked.

Absolutely perfect

We loved staying here! The house is perfect with all the amenities you will need. The beach access is a short minute walk from the house. We loved the layout of the house as well as the cleanliness. It was home away from home. All ages are welcome. They had a gate on the porch for safety and had a bunch of toys and kid equipment. The lift was probably the best part of the beach house making loading and unloading so easy! We will definitely book this house again!

Just What We Needed!

We were looking for rest and relaxation. A home away from home and we found it at this incredible property. Not only was the home's location extremely convenient but the home itself had everything you could ever need to make our stay comfortable. From all the items you would need for the beach, a comfortable place to lay your head (the beds were so comfy!), and some TV entertainment - this place has it! I would recommend staying here for friends and family looking to get away to Oak Island! The host's Brad and Natalie were very accommodating, extremely friendly and so wonderful to work with.

Perfection!

My husband, myself and our 2 labradors stayed for a week and loved it. The front porch was breezy & became our favorite spot to hang out. We even found ourselves lounging there instead of the beach. The interior was lovely and very comfortable. The home had absolutely everything you could possibly want. Linens, laundry soap, etc were all supplied. The home is close to beach access and it has a lift for luggage/groceries which was fabulous.

Great OKI beach home!

Great beach house! Very easy & close beach access. The house was super clean & very comfy! We throughly enjoyed everything. The spacious porch has great seating & we loved our evenings out there after a day on the beach. The house is 3rd row from beach but we were still able to see the ocean a bit from the porch which was nice. The outside lift was extremely helpful! The owners allowed us to use some of the extras like beach carts & boogie boards. The basketball hoop was a big hit with our grandson! Great OKI beach home - highly recommend.

Fantastic family vacation home

This well appointed property was a hit for my family, including a 2 year old, 5 year old, and two dogs. The beds were comfortable, the layout was great, and the toys for the kids were an added bonus. If I had known there would have been all.the.toys, I wouldn't have brought any my own. The beach accessories were great, too, and I appreciate that we didn't have broken chairs or heavily used equipment. Close proximity to the beach - the only thing I wish we could've fixed was the weather. But a rainy day at the beach is better than any day at the office. Thanks again for hosting us!

Where do I begin??? This house and Jeremy was absolutely the best! Jeremy was always very quick to respond with any questions that I had. The house was very clean! So clean my husband wanted to know what they use because it smelled so clean! You would never think this was a pet friendly house. The kitchen has everything you need, even an air fryer! They really have thought of everything! The luggage lift is the best thing! 10 out of 10 stars for that! When they tell you that they have beach stuff....they have beach stuff!!!! I have stayed at properties and they say they have it but it's either completely rusted out or torn up. The location is great as well as you can see the beach access from the porch. This is a property that we will definitely come back to. Thank you for opening your home for us to use. We honestly feel like we had a vacation!!

We are two families from the Raleigh, NC area that occasionally share our beach home as a rental. We have setup our property with everything you will need to make your stay an enjoyable one. Most rentals have that rental feel and we wanted to make you feel like you are staying at your very own beach home while you are at our place.

Perfect location, just steps from the beach access. The lift on the front of the home is perfect for hauling luggage and supplies up to the house. All of the beach gear and games are included in the rental. Fully equipped kitchen, blackstone grill, fir pit and much much more! Home is only a couple of years old and in excellent condition. Enjoy your stay at this fantastic home.

This home is perfect for a family getaway or small group get together. The lift on the front of the home is a wonderful feature! Never carry your luggage and supplies up the stairs again. All beach gear is provided for you including chairs, beach cart, umbrellas and canopy. Located at the the 5th block beach access makes this home just a few steps from the beach. Being located on Dolphin Dr. lets you experience the ocean views, but still stay protected from the elements. Plenty of covered space to play under the home or enjoy the covered porch on those perfect days!
