Come escape from it all and relax in this modern 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, private gulf front balcony with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom offers 1 king bed. In unit washer/dryer. Spectacular sunsets, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance at an unbelievable gulf front property conveniently located in the heart of Treasure Island. Free parking for one vehicle per unit, free WIFI, stunning grounds with ping pong, shuffleboard, horseshoes, heated pool and grill area with outdoor seating. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for our guests.
Hurricane Update: Exterior renovations/repairs are still in progress which might limit access to our amenities.

Very beautiful condo in a great area! The check in process was a little confusing as there was no one present up front for a while despite it being before 5pm and the check-out was very early at 10am sharp which made our stay a bit more inconvenient but otherwise a very nice stay.

Stunning sunsets!

Condo was very clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets from the balcony! They were updating landscaping which looks very nice. Good location with plenty of restaurants and things to do! Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning sunsets

Perfect place to catch the beautiful sunsets. Condo was clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. Bring your own coffee filters, sponges, foil, etc. Will definitely stay again.

This was such an Amazing gem right on the sea. The view immediately takes your breath away!!

It was such an easy experience right from the start. Everyone was always so accessible and literally answered my questions within minutes of me sending them . I’ve already spoken on the view which is breathtaking, but it truly is the perfect location to take in all the magic that is Treasure Island. I have stayed several places in the area and this is my absolute favorite! I can’t wait to be back with my toes in the sand!!!

Overnight Stay Beach Close

My husband and I needed an overnight stay since our plane didn’t leave till Sunday. The unit was clean, well appointed and close to the beach. The outdoor furniture was simple but comfortable. The only complaint we had was the comfort of the mattress. I would suggest investing in some better mattress based on the price you pay for the night.

Spur of the moment vacation

Last minute decision to take a vacation so not much availability at places but came across South Beach condos. The condo was perfect for your basic needs. Distance to the beach was further then expected as we have stayed beachfront at other locations. Sand is more gritty here then other close by areas that have the white powdery sand. Location was ok with a few restaurants in walking distance. So basically this condo served our purpose but in the future would prefer to stay in other close by areas like St Pete Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, etc.

Beautiful gulf views, complete with amazing sunsets.

We were very comfortable in this one bedroom condo. It is true to the photos. The beautiful gulf views, with stunning sunsets, are easy to enjoy from the private balcony. Groceries, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location and property

My wife and I loved the condo and the location. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The area had multiple restaurants within walking distance. And most importantly the view was spectacular. We will check this building again when we come back to the area.

Just as Advertised

We were a little hesitant to book on line sight unseen and with no reviews, but were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The condo and premises were very clean, the on site personnel were very friendly and accommodating and the room was well appointed. It's about a 400 step walk to the beach, but each room has a gulf side balcony perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The pool was heated, and there are grills, shuffle board and hammocks. Many restaurants are nearby and there is about a 1 mile concrete path behind the establishments that was great for walks. Our only real complaints were that the internet was very slow at times, particularly during peak use periods and while we had a non-smoking room, people seemed smoke on their balconies which was a bit annoying when you wanted to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. We'd definitely go back.
