In unit washer/dryer. Spectacular sunsets, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance at an unbelievable gulf front property conveniently located in the heart of Treasure Island.

Short stay with my 2 daughters

Best beach trip yet!

We loved the accommodations here with guest services, free chair and umbrellas to use and the pool! The walk to the beach was shorter than expected. With beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay!

The property was in great condition with beautiful ocean & sunset views. The room was clean (aside from the constant smell of urine in the bathroom). We had everything we needed including washer, dryer, beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella which is a huge plus! Great location! We will keep this on the return to list.

great place but issues with internet

the condo was clean and very accommodating but struggled quite a bit with the internet trying to stream our fire stick and play Disney + on my lap top. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. The gals with the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. Wonderful place to stay and would stay here again.

Quite and clean

Property was just that. quite and clean. Close enough to walk to restaurants and stores but not right in the middle of everything. Enjoyed it very much.

Everything was perfect, and the owners had all available for a terrific time! From games to a TV in the bedroom! Karen was so help! Free chairs for a beach day? Wow! The walk to the beach was slightly longer but needed for tidal surge in hurricanes. Nonetheless, it was always in sight and nobody complained. Beautiful view!!!l Thank you for everything!

Great room and location, but lousy internet

Lovely location, great view, very clean room, complete kitchen, nice pool area, quiet location, clean grills outside, nearby Publix, and of course fantastic Gulf beach! I enjoyed the beach, the pool area, and sitting on the balcony. Every sunset was slightly different, though all were wonderful. The only downside was really awful internet. It seems like there was an aggressive firewall that allowed a few connections eg, google and gmail, but not many other sites like amazon, nytimes, paypal, etc. This also led to delays in starting locally installed software programs (chrome, word, excel) that automatically check for updates on a non-available site. It also dropped wireless connections when moving between rooms. I travel a lot and have not experienced this elsewhere. So I could not recommend this location if one plans on a "working vacation". But for purely pleasure, it was great!

Outstanding time and experience

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the gorgeous beach and beautiful sunset views. Literally right on the beach, within walking distance to many restaurants on the beach and the John’s Pass area. No need for a car unless you want one, the Publix grocery store is within a 15 minute walk or you can get an Uber/local free donation shuttle. I don’t have enough room to share all the wonderful things about staff so in summary they were incredibly friendly and so very helpful. They have fold up beach chairs, volleyballs, soccer balls and other beach toys available to borrow. The pool, shuffle board area and hammocks added to the relaxing/fun experience. The pictures on line were a good representation to what the condo looked like inside and out. The kitchen had all you needed for cooking (could use a few more dishes and silverware) and the washer and dryer were full size. The pull out sofa bed has a double/queen air mattress topper but my kids said it was very comfortable. The only negative thing to be aware of before booking (that is temporary) is that there is construction going on next to the property. It was a bit loud and annoying intermittently thought the day (8-5) but didn’t effect us because we were on the beach during most of that time. I would come back here again in a heartbeat for a family beach vacation.
