3 br/ 3 ba with game room loft, 4 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway! Easy to get to with all paved roads and no mountains to climb! 4.4 miles to The Island. Close to everything! Close enough to the action but in a quiet setting. No steep roads to our place!

The space:

Perfect for large families or groups, this luxury chalet can sleep 10 guests with 1 king beds, 1 queen bed, two twin beds, and 2 luxury queen air mattresses.

Main Floor: The main level features an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room features large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Gas fireplace in the living room. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. The full-sized washing machine and dryer are also located on the main floor.

Second Floor: Kids and adults will fall in love with the loft game room with Skee-Ball, Pool table, Video Games, Video Pinball. Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a queen bed with the third full bathroom.

There is Wi-Fi as well as Roku/ YouTube TV with local channels on all 4 TVs.
We provide linens for beds, bath towels and wash cloths as well as some paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods, kitchen trash bags, cleaning supplies and travel/hotel size shampoo, and body soap bar for each bathroom.

The kitchen includes everything you would expect in a normal kitchen – stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, various size pots and pans, baking sheets, glasses, and dinnerware. There is also a counter with stools and a dining table with seating for six.
As your hosts we are committed to making your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. If you have a specific request, including early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best to oblige if you give us ample notice. We look forward to helping you have a fantastic vacation and memories that will last a lifetime.

Community pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Pool is NOT on site, but a quick 8.2 mile drive from the property. Also, pool is directly adjacent to a good fishing pond and a cheap deli/ grill.

Convenient Pigeon Forge Cabin

Brought my family in for the holiday weekend to enjoy the Pigeon Forge sites and Dollywood lit up for the holidays. The property was very close to activities and restaurants without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle when we wanted some quiet time in the evening. The house also had plenty of amenities to keep adults and kids entertained.

Kids loved the game room!

Overall, our stay was great. The kids loved the pool table, skeeball, pinball, and all the video games. Had some minor issues but owner was overall very responsive and willing to communicate/help.

Family Vacation 2023

The property was in a nice little neighborhood a few miles from the strip. The loft with the pool table, skekeball and lots of arcade games was a big plus, along with the hot tub. The community pool was not too far from the property and had a great snack bar. We had a great time.

Early June 2023 stay

Check in was easy. House is nice everything worked as it should. Bunk beds didn't have sheets on them when we checked in. After a 7 hour drive wasn't happy to make the beds. Kids enjoyed the game room. I did too. Could use a little space for food goods that we bought in the kitche area.

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay was perfect! The house was completely clean, and every device and appliance was in perfect working order. The beds were super comfortable, and we had more than enough room for 8 people. It was a short, flat drive from town and the walmart was only about 15 minutes away! The owners were super easy to communicate with and responded almost instantly. I only wish we could’ve arrived a little sooner and left a little later but I 100% understand that it’s because the cleaning crew has to come through (and they do a great job.) 10/10 recommend and would love to stay again.

Happy times

Kids and teenagers had fun in the hot tub and game room. Property is accurately represented in photos. Parking is VERY tight. Use a partner to help navigate around the fire hydrant. Air mattresses are provided, but there's not a lot of floor space available to put them up. The kitchen has minimal utensils...for example, we couldn't find an ice cream scoop. From Pigeon Forge, it was easy to find.

Close to all activities and clean!

We had an incredible stay here where the place was clean, offered space for everyone (9 guests) comfortably and was only about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 30-45 minutes from Gatlinburg. Loved it!

Good location, nice place. Only issue was when we walked in the floor was dirty with chips, hair, crumbs. My wife was not happy but we sucked it up because we had planned a fun vacation with our kids and family. The rest of the house seemed clean almost like they forgot to clean the floor. Games were fun for the kids.

Family Christmas

It was just what we needed for a family Christmas. Easy access and decent amount of space. Kitchen was well supplied. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 is the property is in a neighborhood and the adjacent houses were kind of close. We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors, but we felt like we had to control our laughter while outside as we didn’t want to annoy them. Everything else was great!

House big enough for our family vacation in gatlinburg
