First of all the property was really nice just like the photos Very clean. My only problem was the patio door didn't lock and we alerted the host on Thursday and he promptly responded that they would get someone out there to fix the problem. I said great thanks so we put something on the door track so it wouldn't open. W stayed 7 days and the door was never fixed I didn't get any updated on the maintenance man coming or any type of communication after that initial contact. I reached out again and I was ghosted until Wednesday saying thank you for you staying with them and they have an opening for Thursday night if we wanted to stay another night. Again the property was really nice beds not comfortable at all but you adjust and keep it moving. The host was the problem.

This was our second time staying here.The property is New and decorated so nicely. The unfortunate thing was, we could Not lock the sliding patio door. There was no bar to drop down in there. Nor would it catch when we tried to lock with the click.I did reach out to the owner, however I did Not receive a response letting us know how to secure the door.I was saddened by that. As we are returning to Tn this coming weekend ,and were considering renting again.

Stayed here while on a family vacation to Dollywood. The condo was new and perfect for our family. The downstairs game room was a bonus and the guys loved the pool table. We felt like we all had our own individual spaces and a great common area. 10 out of 10 would stay again and recommend.

Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and mother's day. The home was very clean and had everything we needed! Communication with our host wasnt super great. We received many texts that seemed to be scheduled/ automated, but when I sent specific questions, I didnt receive much, if anything, in return. Perhaps there was a glitch in the system. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely book the property again in the future.

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood that is close to so many attractions. Looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and decorative. Owners made the entire process very simple.

Beautiful townhouse

Beautiful townhouse overall. The house was very clean. It did take a little longer to get to and from town, but that wasn’t a big deal. The stairs were not ideal for my 2 year old, but I knew there were stairs when booking. The doors wouldn’t shut all of the way/lock, so it was hard to keep my child from going down stairs.The closet in one of the rooms upstairs was locked, so unfortunately one guest did not have anywhere to hang their clothes. I loved being able to park my car in the garage. The couches and chairs in the living room were more aesthetically pleasing than comfortable unfortunately. In the welcome book it says there are dumpsters for trash and there were no dumpsters to put our trash. I messaged the owner once before our trip and once during our trip and never received a reply regarding my messages. It was a beautiful home, and the cleanliness definitely outweighs the cons.

Great location

We rented this property for a cheer competition with another family. Accommodations were great and fit the bill well for 2 couples traveling with 3 girls. Everyone had space and the property was situated in a good location to all the area attractions without being on the main strip.

Perfect Rental

This townhouse was absolutely perfect for our family vacation, it had everything we could need except for a travel crib, but we knew ahead of time from the accurate rental listing so we brought our own. Nice and quiet area really close to the strip, would absolutely stay here again. Property Manager not very responsive but otherwise a perfect Rental.

Clean and modern

Plenty of room for our family of 6. Property was clean. Modern decor with upgraded finishes. Great location. Safe area. Beds were comfortable. Kids Loved the game room.All the 1/2 bathrooms were a game changer. Nothing negative to report. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas get away

The property is in an outstanding location if you don’t want to be right in thick of things. In no time at all you can be at great attractions. I loved the layout of the home. Nice and open in the common areas. The decor is extremely up to date. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. We will definitely be back.

Quick trip to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge

We took a 2-night trip to Pigeon Forge to visit Dollywood and a few other local attractions. This property was excellent for our stay. The location is really convenient to Dollywood and also provides quick access so many other attractions without being in the middle of the traffic. The game room with the pool table provided entertainment when we weren't out and the garage parking was really nice, especially in colder weather. The listing is very accurate, so you can be sure you are getting what you expect!

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay at this townhouse! It was very conveniently located to everything and had everything we needed! We had 6 adults and it was very roomy and we loved the downstairs area with the pool table! Would definitely stay here again!
