Beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath beach house just steps from the sound and only a few blocks from Atlantic Ocean! Comfortable home with beach style and open floor plan in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Relax and stretch out on the large sectional upstairs or sleeper sofa downstairs both in front of 70" big screens. Bedrooms have comfortable king and queen beds (there is a queen pull out sofa as well). Bay Drive bike/running path is a beautiful way to start the morning or enjoy stunning sunsets over the water. Beach cruisers available for your use! Outdoor shower when you get back from the beach.

Large open floor plan on the second floor which is great for socializing or stretching out to watch a movie or take a nap after a day in the sun. 70" big screen. Plenty of seating. Island kitchen seating. All new appliances. Front and back decks upstairs and front deck downstairs. Both bedrooms upstairs have TVs. All Smart TVs. Comfortable sleeper sofa, mini-bar and 70" big screen downstairs perfect space for kids to hang out

SECOND FLOOR: Open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen. Primary bedroom with comfortable KING bed, smart tv, and en suite bathroom with large vanity and large walk in tiled shower. Second bedroom with comfortable queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

FIRST FLOOR: Second living area - prefect for the kids to hang out or for grandparents who may have trouble navigating the stairs. Large flat screen TV with wet bar. First floor bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Great House/Great Location!

The property was very clean, new and exactly as advertised. The property manager was easy to deal with and the check-in process was smooth. The bikes were a good addition as the property is so close to the bike trail. We really enjoyed out stay!

Comfortable and peaceful

The property was clean, beautifully decorated and felt like home. We have 4 kids and this was the perfect home for our stay. Minutes from the beach and a nice peaceful walk to the sound. Property owner was very responsive to all questions we had. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

BOOK IT!

We enjoyed this house so much! It was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. It had everything you need and more. Star provided all the small things; dish soap (and sponge), paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- all of this made this mama's life a lot easier! It's a very close walk to the sound where we enjoyed taking a stroll every evening after dinner. My young boys specifically loved the little swing by the water. Friendly neighborhood and close to all attractions. We will be back!

We did arrive to a very clean and magnificently groomed home located at a quite and serene place. Home was beautiful, well cared and stocked in all aspects. Kitchen was outstanding with its amenities and Bedrooms very comfy and had all household items like our own home would be. Hats off to Star or Zach for being so considerate in helping their guests with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and bikes too. All the Porches on the house was so great and well thought off for the guests to sip Tea/Coffee with our family. Bay walk/strolls were like a treat to us every night from the house. Will be back to this property within twinkle of an eye. This house is too good and perfect. We can continue to praise it more and on...Highly Recommend for families and guests looking for a perfect stay at OBX!

Family vacation

It was so easy to access the property. Everything was so clean when we arrived. It was in a great location; everything was quiet and peaceful. We were close to everything yet far enough away. Property owner did a great job communicating if or when I had questions. Overall great experience and would gladly stay there again.

Wonderful Time & Experience

We had a wonderful time at the property. The host was great starting with being very flexible/amenable when the original booking was made all the way to the end when we thought something was left in the house after checking out and had to return. The house was clean and the open design was perfect for our family and friends. Thank you for opening up your home and allowing us to have such a wonderful vacation.

Just Perfect

I am hard pressed to think of anything to improve. Arrived to a very clean and wonderfully decorated home in a nice area that was quiet and private. Loved walking a few yards to the bay for sunset strolls. Each bedroom very comfortable and well stocked with linens, paper supplies, and bath products. Star thought of everything including for the beach (chairs, umbrella, cooler, and bikes). Beach was easy bike ride or 5 min. drive. Wouldn’t change a thing. Had breakfast on one of three porches each morning. I could keep on raving but.. it was Just perfect! Highly recommend.

Palmetto Place Summary

We have been wanting to get away from the daily grind for a few months and decided the Outer Banks would be the place to go. Palmetto Place was perfect for an escape and had all the amenities needed for a week away, including proximity to the bay and its wonderful sunsets.

This house was a dream to stay in, clean, well-stocked, and with tons of space! The kitchen was great for cooking our meals, the bedrooms were great, and there was a ton of parking in the driveway. We could see the sound from the front porch and the natural light was lovely. I cannot wait to stay here again when I get the chance!
