Everything from booking to checking out was a breeze! The photos online do not do this amazing rental justice. I booked this w another family and my family for Thanksgiving to be able to spend time w/ my son that’s stationed not to far from Eureka Springs. The drive to Eureka Springs is only about a 30 min drive at the most. Bentonville and Rodgers are also a close drive. Everything in the house was well put together and gave you vibes of wanting to stay and just hang out in the house without going out and about. (It was wet and chilly during our stay) Getting to the fire pit wasn’t as bad as I thought from other reviews. From the pictures it looks like it’s way down an incline but it’s actually closer than it looks. (Little wobbly stones getting to the fire pit) but not bad if you take your time and pay attention to where you are walking. Not to far from the house is a Rec Room w pool tables, ping pong, work out equipment etc. (about a 2 min drive) This is the area you need to go to get to the lake and the pool. I would suggest getting your groceries and any supplies before getting to the house…bc once you’re there, you don’t want to leave bc it’s such a cute house. We will Deff be booking this house again the next time we drive up to spend time w my son! Everyone loved it! I could go on and on about our stay and the house but I would just say “BOOK IT” you will LOVE it! A must see if you drive to Eureka Springs is Thorncrown Chapel & The Crescent Hotel.

We had our second stay and loved it as much as the first time. It's a perfect place to unwind with family and near enough to Eureka Springs to keep everyone busy, even in the cooler months.

This is a beautiful home with great views on Beaver Lake. The host was prompt to respond to our questions prior to our visit and then checked in on us when we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking... it definitely was. More than we expected. We will definitely plan another stay with this host at this location.

Beaver Lake House

Incredibly thoughtful host. This house was the perfect getaway for our family of ten. Multiple spaces for people to have room to themselves and enjoy time together. Dynamic, clean and so cute. It really felt like a home away from home.

Awesome view and updated property

Our family stayed here several days and we really enjoyed our vacation. The back deck was great and many extras like two refrigerators, storage in the garage, circle drive, firepit, grill, and nice patio furniture. Short drive to the marina. Communication with Kim the owner was great as well.

Stunning

The property is just stunning inside and outside, with a beautiful view of the lake from both decks. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully and comfortably decorated. The owner is very prompt with communications and one of the nicest I've ever dealt with. The home is located a little off the beaten path but so so worth it. We 100% recommend anyone to book the property and plan on staying here again soon! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Excellent location/ Beautiful house

Beautiful house with magnificent view of the lake. This location was perfect for those who want to rent a boat at Lost Marina. There is a beach at the marina as well. The house had everything we needed. Nicely decorated. We felt right at home. Owner was always available and replied in a timely manor. Would definitely stay here again! Truly a 5 star!!

Lake view paradise

We took a family girls trip to this wonderful house. It's very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. It's very updated, and the back deck is huge, with a beautiful view of the lake. The upstairs bedroom has another deck with that same view, and a little sitting area inside, by the deck, overlooking the lake as well. Then there is the fire pit area below, complete with the ingredients for smores. It's very close to the marina, where you can rent a boat if you'd like. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Holiday House

We spent Thanksgiving with our family of four, parents, and in-laws at the lake house for Thanksgiving. The view was absolutely picturesque. The house was wonderful - updated throughout, clean, with all the basic necessities covered. The kids loved exploring outside and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. Kim was amazing and super responsive to all of our questions, even with it being a holiday week. The only possible negative had nothing to do with the property - just a caution that there is about six miles of sharp, hilly turns to get to the property. I would recommend being prepared if anyone in your party gets motion sick easily or is scared of heights. But if you can get through that 10 minute stretch of the drive it is more than worth it!

Beautiful home overlooking the lake

The beautiful home was just as advertised. It was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Perfect for our three couples. Owner helped us quickly with the one question we had. There were s'mores ingredients and a Happy Birthday wine for our enjoyment. The lake view was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck every afternoon, so peaceful! The drive to the property is winding and steep in places. It is a 45 minute drive into Eureka Springs which we did 3 days in a row. The fire pit is downhill from the house and the path was pretty steep and rocky so our 6 seniors decided to stay on the deck. Younger people could easily handle it. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

Luxury on the Lake

This newly remodeled property is stunning. To claim it as remodeled is a poor reflection of the reality. This house was remodeled from floor to ceiling. It is perfectly finished and professionally designed. You will find yourself sink into the luxury of the layout and design. My husband and I stayed for a couple of days and wish we had been available to stay longer. Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with new everything. You won’t need to make the drive to restaurants. A bonus provision was all the extra starter provisions such as soap, detergent, towelettes, etc. Kim thought of and provided everything that might be needed. This property has all the benefits and advantages of being on Beaver Lake and on the gorgeous section around Lost Bridge. The sunrise pours through the many east facing windows to permeate the house with light. The full length deck makes the never ending gorgeous view available whether dining, reading or just relaxing. This will be one of the best houses you will ever enjoy.

Top Notch Getaway!

Extremely clean & expertly decorated home with a comfortable, warm, & appealing style. Our girls wkend (8 women total) were blown away w/ the amenities, views, & modern look. Very spacious with layers of texture inside & out! Incredibly stocked kitchen which even included a s’mores kit for the outdoor fire pit. The deck was a perfect place to relax, watch the sunrises, & take in views of the lake. Kim (the host) was extremely helpful, accommodating & responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

The host was excellent about checking in and making sure things were going well. Gave helpful tips on the area, since we had never been there before. House was great, lots of space for our group of 10. 3 college age, 1 middle school, and 6 adults. We ate dinner every night on the porch over the lake at the big table.
