The main level features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered deck offering panoramic views. Downstairs, discover 2 additional bedrooms plus 1 full bath with direct access to the patio and the serene lakeside.

Please note: No Dock Usage

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills. Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.

The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

This was by far the most family friendly, beautiful property we have ever stayed at. The scenery was beautiful, the area was so quiet a d peaceful, and the home was perfect. I loved that my husband and I and the youngest kids could stay on one floor and the older kids had a space downstairs for themselves. The family room was perfect and we all spent a ton of time together in it. We were sad to leave!

We enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the deck and the view of the lake. Wish there were stairs from the deck We used the grill and the logistics of getting food up and down was a minor issue.

Great time!

Great place right in the water, lots of floating g in the cove and great scenery. Able to go for walks each day and was plenty of deer everywhere to see. Accommodations were great, house was clean, and fun was had by all! Can’t wait to go back, thanks!Jared

Beautiful and peaceful!

We loved out stay at this home. This was just for a short time but for some relaxation and we got to enjoy the lake up front and just relax, literally. The home was beautiful as were the views! I would highly recommend this place.

Waterfront Heaven

House was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family size. Everyone had their own rooms, and plenty of space. The house was well-stocked from a kitchen perspective, we only had to run out and grab grill tools. Would highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway! Saw deer every day in the front yard, enough fishing action to keep the kids entertained, and close proximity to the neighborhood boat ramp was great.

Beautiful view!

Loved how easy it was to walk down to the lake edge in the mornings! Very clean and easy check in! Deer come right up to the house it was so cute!

On the water, great decks for entertainment, large living room, plenty of space! We brought paddle boards for lake, grilled out, sat by the firepit, watched movies, and hit Eureka Springs!! It was a great getaway! We had a bunch of deer come up to us in the backyard, it was pretty neat for the kids to seen them. If you need groceries it’s a short drive to the nearest Walmart neighborhood store. Gas grill on site, plenty of appliances/dishware in the kitchen.Downside: If you don’t like mountain roads with hard curves and turns…you may want to avoid the entire area. We enjoyed the drive, came out for the Jeep Jamboree and had a blast! If you go to Eureka, get the fish and chips at the Basin Hotel.

Overall the house, outdoor space, and waterfront access were great! Plenty of space inside and out. However, the living room space is un-useable when there are people staying in both rooms up stairs as one of the bedrooms has a window (with blinds) to the living room. Additionally, there is a bat house attached to the porch making it un-useable dusk and dawn (there was also a lot of bat droppings right off the downstairs deck below the bat house). I know these cannot be moved, but it would've been nice to know about prior to booking the stay.

Excellent stop to relax and unwind

Obviously in early December it was cold (but sunny) so we did not expect to dip in the water...but the lake view was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet...the house was all we could have asked for...plenty of room for five adults and small dog...all essentials were provided and the accommodation was warm, modern, and very clean! We stayed for a week and left feeling much more relaxed than when we arrived...we would definitely recommend! It was a good stop.

Simply Amazing

This place is amazing. The home, the view, and the wild life. We had 4 adults and 4 teens plenty of space for everyone, was well furnished and the to do list before checkout was the easiest. The king size bedroom did not have a door and one of the queen bedrooms had wooden blinds covering and a window with no glass between the living area and the bedroom leaving no privacy. This did not bother us, we loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week long stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the host was very attentive. We noticed the dryer vent was disconnected. They responded immediately and fixed it that same day. I would highly recommend this vacation home!

What a lovely and spacious lake house. We were hoping to utilize the fire pit and lakefront more, but it poured down rain pretty much the whole weekend. Regardless, the house was perfect for a girls weekend or a family vacation. Comfy beds, three bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The family room also had a ton of seating. I do wish the indoor fireplace worked. That would have been the icing on the cake. Beaver Lake is a true gem and Eureka Springs is super funky and cool. Bentonville was ok. It’s pretty weird how much “Walmart” has influenced this town. Crystal Bridges was a lovely place to spend a rainy afternoon, though.
