Very nice cabin, location good especially of going to Dollywood. Cabin very clean. We had a few issues with lights..motion detection light outside by parked car never came on, also stairway light to upper floor needs improving. Would stay here again with the lighting issues fixed. Reported on our way home. Was told should have notified during our stay and issues would have been fixed.

I’m sorry about the exterior motion light by the parking area and the stairway lighting. We do encourage guests to report issues during their stay so our team can address them right away, but we appreciate you reporting this on your way home. Maintenance will inspect the motion sensor and improve the stairway lighting to prevent recurrence. Thanks again for the feedback — we’d be glad to host you again once those items are fixed.

Angels Choice

Well let's see stayed a week and the hot tub was broke the entire time , that was one reason we rented it. Also found lots of mouse turds in the upstairs closet. It really needs some updated bedspreads also. For the most part everything was enjoyable, just really wanted to soak in the hot tub.

Margaret, we’re glad you and your party were able to have an enjoyable stay overall. However, we hate to hear the amenity you were looking forward to the most was unusable. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention right away as we're currently working to have the hot tub replaced entirely and have had the property treated for mice. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and would love to host a better experience for you in the future.

Beautiful cabin with a wonderful view

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, we had no issues whatsoever with the cabin or the easiness of checking in which basically is typing in the code in the door. The view was magnificent when it wasn’t raining which is almost every day, but we still enjoyed our stay, and the convenience of being so close to pigeon Forge
