Gite Bleu-Vert 4*: Independent duplex in a magnificent granite manor house

The Domaine de Granit estate comprises several gîtes, including a detached house called "La Source," the Gîte Vert (a large apartment in the manor house where the owners reside), and the Gîte Bleu-Vert, the entire west wing of the manor.

"Le Granit" is a magnificent residence dating from the early 20th century, located a short distance from Kaysersberg and Gérardmer.
The Domaine de Granit estate includes a 1.6-hectare park, open to guests. The residence (Résidence Buffet) has been designated a "building of remarkable architecture" by the French Heritage Buildings authority.

The gîte can accommodate up to 13 people.

We offer an exceptional gîte, the west wing of the manor, consisting of two large apartments of 100m² and 120m², connected by a grand staircase on the first and second floors of this wing. The entrance is through the "Chapel" door. The west wing is completely independent.

You will have three large adult bedrooms with double beds, a master suite leading to a bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a dormitory-style bedroom with three single beds.

There are two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub), two washer-dryers, and four separate toilets. Two fully equipped kitchens include an oven, dishwasher, and small appliances. There are two living rooms with televisions, stereos, and free Wi-Fi, as well as a dining room.

Heating is provided by an eco-friendly wood pellet boiler. Electricity and water are included in the price, subject to reasonable use.

Outside, on sunny days, garden tables and chairs are provided for barbecues. The barbecue is located under a gazebo.

A small fountain surrounded by logs awaits you for enjoying aperitifs.

Parking is located opposite the entrance to the gîte.

End-of-stay cleaning is provided for a mandatory fee of €180 to ensure the comfort of the next guests.

Check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM.
Check-out is between 8 AM and 11 AM. Any arrival or departure times not included in the rental price will be billed directly by Floriane as additional hours.

Please note: bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. These services can be provided upon request by our concierge service; please do not hesitate to contact them.

The cottage is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

During peak season, we prefer stays of at least 5 days.
