Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Stunning views from our 22nd floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Awesome space for big group!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo! There were 11 of us in the group, and the space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone, and it never felt crowded. The condo was clean and super comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—it offered amazing views and was a great place to relax. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with excellent swimming pools and super easy beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Spring break that isn't "spring break"

Only complaint we had is the floors were not very clean and toilet paper was awful with no refills. Make sure to bring your own paper products and trash bags. And walk around with your shoes on.

Great Experience

We loved the location and the ability to walk to/from the beach at our leisure. Condo was clean and well cared for with lots of room for our family of 4. Only gripe was with the beds in bedroom 3. Both bed frames were very flimsy and were very loud even with slight movements. Probably an easy fix for the future. Would come back!

A Very Sorry Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon paying $5k plus for this condo for a week, we were greeted with having solid black feet the entire stay. The floors were filthy. We called to complain, they sent up a foreign girl (speaks no english) with one spray bottle with just a few ounces of purple cleaner in it and a swiffer duster mop. Needless to say, whatever she ended up using didn't work. I personally ruined 10 pairs of socks from how black they needed up being from dirt. Next, the beds in two bedrooms were about to fall apart. You couldn't sleep in them from all the squeaking/cracking if you moved an inch. Lastly, we were very excited to have a separate ice maker from the fridge but found very quickly that it was literally full of the worst mold you've ever seen. The rental company should be so ashamed! The owners should be even more ashamed. We were very disappointed and will never be back.

It's all about the view.

This property has a wonderful view. It is close to some great restaurants and interesting attractions. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The kitchen is barely stocked with really cheap appliances, cheap plates and utensils, and we brought our own pan to cook in based on prior reviews. The floor is really dirty and the linens are just so so - think Sams club. We got this on an off week and didn't pay a premium price - but still roughly 1.5 times more than other available properties. Oh and the a/c and or water heater makes this really loud ringing sound several times during the day and night. The view is superb but don't expect luxury accommodations.

The condo was well kept however it listed one of the bedrooms having 2 queen beds which was really double beds. The kitchen needed a bigger fry pan since the one there was all burnt. Other than that a real nice place to stay. Would come back.
