Nuestro condominio está perfectamente situado en el piso 23 directamente con vistas a las piscinas, río lento y hermoso océano! Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,950 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy espaciosa y recién amueblada. También administramos las unidades de 3br y 4br al lado si necesita más espacio.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio Phoenix West: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, barra de cocina con azulejos, barra mojada con dispensador de hielo, TV de alta definición de pantalla plana de 55 "en la sala de estar y televisor HD de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en el dormitorio principal. "HDTV en el segundo dormitorio y el tercer dormitorio, cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora grandes. Todos los electrodomésticos de cocina, incluyendo encimeras de granito renovadas y gabinetes a medida. Hay 2 dormitorios principales con camas King y el tercero. Br tiene 2 camas Queen, también hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar si necesita más camas.



Hay un río lento, un tobogán acuático, una piscina al aire libre con una piscina para niños cercada, una piscina climatizada, dos jacuzzis, un gimnasio de última generación, 4 saunas y pistas de tenis en la azotea.

Spring Break 2025

We spent our spring break with another family this year. We were happy with the condo as it accommodated our two families nicely. The open space in the living room, kitchen and dining room made it nice. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer on site!

Sunny Days at the Beach

The furniture in all the rooms were very comfortable. If one is short, the bed in the primary suite was high but comfortable. I do have one issue as the place was not up to the regular standards that I expect from VRBO. The floors were dirty as our white socks and the soles of our feet were black from walking on the floors in the unit. I saw several types of cereal under one of the couches and yes, I moved the couch and swept the cereal up as it bugged me. One of the secondary bathrooms had a patch of black stuff on the shower wall. Again, we have never had an issue with cleanliness in a unit at this facility before this visit, so I am hoping that this is an exception as the unit itself was very nice and we would come back here.

Great place!

Clean. Updated. Great view from balcony. Loved the extra ice machine so that we could fill up the cooler for the beach and still have ice in the freezer. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great time spent with family

We have been coming to Orange Beach area for over 25 years. Phoenix West was the best place we have stayed with all of its amenities available. The condo itself was large enough for 3 adults and one 7 year old child. We had a great time and will return next year!!!

Great trip and accommodations

The only negative was the king beds were so high I had to crawl in. I’m 5’ 5” and never experienced that before. Needed a step stool.

Everything was just as advertised. There really was nothing missing. It was our first time to Orange Beach. We would love to return. The condo is very charming! The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfect. 5 stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. There was ample space for the 5 of us. The unit was clean when we arrived. The only complaints I have are my cell phone did not have service in the unit (I have Verizon which is normally very strong) and the wifi wasn't great. We were working remotely on our vacation, and this made it difficult. I'm assuming it's due to being on the 23rd floor and the size of the building. Otherwise, everything was perfect. One tip is to not go to the grocery store on Saturday or Sunday. Try to wait until Monday after everyone has checked in and gotten their groceries. The lines are insane! We left earlier than the 10am checkout on the Saturday of our departure to avoid the long elevator waits. Would try to arrive and depart on a day other than Saturday in the future due to the traffic coming from Nashville and the grocery lines.

Great place and location

Resort was nice but parking was a nightmare (we had a 15 passenger transit we rented) and could never find a spot. All parking is in a garage so take that into consideration. Overall resort property and location is great.
