Amazing views, the sounds of ocean waves, and picturesque sunsets all combine to make this the ideal condo for your vacation.

Ideally located so you have the best of La Jolla right out your front door. This top floor condo offers phenomenal views of La Jolla's beautiful La Jolla Shores beach while taking advantage of a short, 2 minute walk to the La Jolla Shores Village with delightful and eclectic shops and restaurants.

In addition to the surroundings, this two bedroom, two bath, 1,342 sq. ft. condo offers everything you need for staying in and enjoying the sounds and views of the ocean such as fully stocked kitchen, comfortable dining room for 6, relaxing sofa with pull out queen bed for drop-in guests and everything you need for the stay including fresh linens, bath towels, beach towels and laundry detergent for the en suite washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with plenty of closet space, cable tv and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds next to the 2nd bathroom

The underground parking garage offers one designated parking spot with elevator access to this top floor condo. The huge, ground floor terrace offers many relaxing sunsets for dining al fresco or enjoying the sights and sounds.
Additionally, this gated, clubdominium complex offers a pool, spa, tennis courts, gym, and clubhouse.

The unit was large and had a good view of the ocean. You could hear the waves at night. Parking and security were excellent. Todd was very responsive to any issues we had. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was a problem which he tried many times to address with the supplier but although improved still not up to standard. The unit is dated. It was not cleaned to our standards when we moved in.Our overall experience was good.

This place is truly outstanding! A 2-minute walk to the beach for surfing, swimming and snorkeling. There's also a park and nice playground for kids. It's a five minute walk to the family-friendly avenue of restaurants and stores, The ocean view from the third-floor living room is panoramic--probably the best in the neighborhood. The unit is not fancy, but very clean and comfortable, with great beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, and spacious dining and living rooms. The full-size washer and dryer worked fine, and the place is well-supplied with linens, beach towels, games, and more. Safe, remote control entry garage parking space is close to the elevator, as is the unit. There's a secure storage space in the garage, with lots of beach equipment and plenty of room for surfboards. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, and the other residents of the complex and neighborhood are all so friendly. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi are open 7am - 11pm and are never crowded. Gym is open 24-hours. To match all the positives, Todd the host is friendly, responsive, and unfailingly accommodating. I have stayed in STRs on various platforms for 13 years and was a host myself for 9 years, and I would give him a 10/10 for his combination of kindness and professionalism. We stayed a month--long enough to be picky--but everything about the place exceeded our expectations, including the price. It would be difficult to match all the above in any San Diego beach town for twice the money. Thanks, Todd!

Close to beach and 30 mins walk to Village of La Jolla. Todd is very responsive. Will stay here again when I return to San Diego.

Ideal location and beautiful view

The apartment has recently been redecorated and offers access to a swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickle ball courts. It’s located only a block from the beach, and the view of the sunsets is spectacular.

Wonderful Beach Location

Exceptional value for a condo with on one of the nicest beaches in San Diego County. Great third-floor views of the ocean and a city park from every room and the patio with a short one-block walk to the beach. Shared amenities at the condo (swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball & tennis courts, and a picnic area with gas barbecues) were clean and well maintained.

Relax With a View

Good view of the ocean and surfers. Condo is well equipped and spacious even for the week when we had 4 guests. Neighborhood is walkable and quiet with restaurants and some shops nearby. Owner quickly responsive to a couple of issues that popped up. We will be returning next year.

August in La Jolla

Location, location, location. 1 1/2 blocks from our favorite beach in CA, La Jolla Shores. Also one block from all the great restaurants. As a golfer, it's only about 10 minutes to Torrey PInes. Great view from balcony and living room of the ocean and we had some great sunsets. We had everything that was needed, including beach chairs, etc. We also went a few times to the pool and hot tub which is just a couple minutes walk. It was nice to hear the waves and we would definitely look at coming back.

Stayed for cancer treatment at Jacobs medical center

The good: great view, location and beach access was awesome. I liked that there was a private secure garage to park in. The neighbors were very nice. The condo was very spacious. The homeowner responded well to my questions. The Bad: with my son being immune compromised I wiped down the cabinets and cleaned most of the dishes before use. We could not use the main bathroom shower due to the drain being clogged and the tips the homeowner wanted us to try did not work and could not reach the maintenance man.The elevator kept needing maintenance and was out of service at least once a week. The fire detector in the main hallway kept going off for no reason so we replaced it. There was no porch light so we purchased and replaced the bulb. I had to change out multiple lightbulbs throughout the condo. We could not figure out how to switch the tv to regular cable and could not find the guid that the homeowner said was there.

Great for our getaway

Fantastic location, clean and comfortable unit, great amenities and just what the family needed to have a great time away from home. We traveled with our 2 children and pet to have a working holiday. The complex was quiet, well kept, and the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. Our kids loved having pool time, and the proximity to the beach was amazing. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. We ended up purchasing a few additional cleaning supplies like swiffer just to help keep the place clean. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely return.
