Great location! It's just steps to the sand and a short stroll to world famous La Jolla Cove.

This two story home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and is one of 4 in a quaint building with two reserved parking spaces in the secure subterranean garage. The elevator takes you right to the front door of the home. Everything you need is included from linens to kitchen wares.

Located in the Village of La Jolla where you can hear, see and smell the ocean. No need to choose between walkability, views or beach, this condo has all three. You can park your car for your entire stay and walk everywhere you need to go and enjoy the beautiful SoCal weather.

Just steps to Museum of Contemporary Art, the Children’s Pool and Seals, fantastic shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and La Jolla Recreation Center with public tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. A five minute drive to the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, La Jolla Shores Beach, Kellogg Park, and Black’s Beach.
San Diego has so many wonderful things to do and see in just a short drive such as, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Downtown Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, PetCo Park, Mission Bay, Coronado Island, and More!

The kitchen has a full -size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven. The master suite has a king bed, with an en suite bath and walk-in closet. The guest suite has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a queen size air mattress.

Nice location close to the beach, food and shopping. The house itself was average, not terrible but nothing special. All the appliances are old and noisy to run especially the washer. There was no kitchen trash can and the shower curtain rings are too small so it doesn't actually slide open and closed. As well as other small things that became annoying inconveniences.

The home was located on a quiet street 1 block from the coast. Property was somewhat dated and had a few items that need to be addressed (2nd shower head, soaking tub/shower hard to access) but clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. Parking is a little unique as stated, but it was good to have garage parking. Overall very good experience.

The location was ideal. A short walk to the ocean. The parking garage was good, but the spaces were fairly narrow. Fortunately, we had a midsized rental car. Air conditioning in August was definitely needed. The bathrooms could use some work/updating. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Unfortunately not one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at but was otherwise very enjoyable! Great location, comfortable beds/sheets/ towels and we appreciated the extras like beach stuff, pack n play, and high chair. Wouldn’t describe it as baby-friendly (sharp corners, dangerous stairs) but we made it work for our young kids. Pretty well stocked in the kitchen (including French press, coffee grinder, blender) but you’ll need your own cooking oils, spices, etc. Also need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Host provided clear and timely instructions for checking in and out; it was very easy!

Dated property in great location

We enjoyed the location -- a block off the ocean and a few blocks from La Jolla shopping and eating. The property is very dated and didn't feel very clean because of that. The utensils and cookware were haphazardly placed and looked like several leftover sets. If you plan on cooling, make sure you bring every ingredient starting with salt! The whole garage and entrance is very awkward when you first get in but then you get used to it after a couple of days. Not a great property for the elderly. The noise from the cars and garbage trucks (which seem to some multiple times a day) was very annoying. I would not stay here again for sure.

The location is excellent, and the unit is clean. I wish the bathrooms were updated. They need it! The other idea for the owner would be to have a pull-out sofa. I have two teenagers. One of them slept on a blow-up mattress, which was uncomfortable.

Great location!!

My wife and I spent 5 nights here and loved it. Fantastic location. Excellent layout (bedrooms downstairs and living area/kitchen upstairs). Not overly fancy or brand new, but very nice, functional, clean, quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the garage parking. Management was extremely responsive and communicating was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean, cozy, and oh-so-comfortable. Great appliances, making cooking easy. Very close to the beach. Great having dedicated parking. I would stay here again if ever in San Diego!!

Great location and comfortable

Condo is in a great location--close to beaches, seals, shopping, etc. Parking and access are easy. Condo has seen a few decades of solid use but everything worked and it was well stocked.

Location and Comfort A

Such a wonderful property in a great location! A short drive to everything and the beach is around the corner. You can hear the surf inside while relaxing by the fire. Super easy check-in with great communication all around. Loved having a secure parking garage and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place and location- A few tweaks needed

Loved the layout of the place, location and amenities. A few upgrades and fixes and it goes from 4 Stars to 5 easily. Faucet in MB did not work, as well as a few bulbs were out. Blackout curtains would be a huge improvement, as well as soft toilet tissue; and note that shampoo / body wash are not provided. Otherwise a great place and location and would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Location

Fabulous location close to the beach. Safe and quiet within walking distance of great shopping and dining. The condo is a bit dated but was fine for our needs.
