Newly remodeled townhome is private, but just a short walk to downtown Ashland. Coffee shop, restaurants, bike trails are all 1/4 away. This unit is updated to offer comfortable beds with fine linens, a beautiful spacious walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen for any cook, and an inviting living room with large screen T.V. above a usable wood-burning fireplace. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee on the private back patio. It's a perfect home away from home. Full washer/dryer on second floor. 1 off-street parking spot is dedicated to this unit. Monthly rental available.

Comfortable and convenient

Great place and location

Needed a place for a few weeks while my son attended a vocational program. This place was at a great location, close to his school and walking distance to groceries, shops, etc. The place had pretty much everything we needed, apart from a few small things, but overall was perfect for us and our needs.

Back Again!

Second time staying in the town home, and will be looking to book again. Very clean, everything worked, and the location is excellent. I do recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Ashland.

When in Ashland

Great space with everything you may need. Property owner was easy reach, location is perfect. I would recommend this unit, and I will be looking to stay there again when back in town

The Perfect Location

This place was perfect for a long stay in Ashland. It was centrally located and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Downtown was very easily walkable. The house was cozy and great for remote working. We loved staying here!

Perfect for short term stay

Perfect for short term (6 week) stay while relocating to the area from California. Very nice, clean accommodations with all the comforts of home. Easy on, easy access to the freeway. Easy to book. We were very happy with the stay.

Lovely townhouse

The townhouse was great. It had everything we needed for a two-month stay. Well- stocked kitchen, large bedrooms with plenty of closet space, comfortable living room and dedicated parking spots for us and our guests. Convenient to all Ashland has to offer.

Great stay in a beautiful townhouse

We were lucky to find this spotless townhouse which is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for a longer (or shorter) stay. The location is perfect for visiting or working in Ashland, located within walking distance to town, restaurants and supermarket, also has parking and a nearby bus stop. Sara, the owner, is super nice, quickly replied to questions, and did everything to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Having a kitchen, laundry facilities, and small outdoor space was a huge plus, and the owner even made sure to have someone service the air conditioning and heating unit before Winter. Check-in was easy, and Sara was available to contact before and during our visit. We had a very positive stay/experience and definitely recommend this Ashland home.

Great house in Ashland

I worked remote from Sara's house for a month, and had an excellent stay. The house is clean and comfortable, with a really well stocked kitchen for cooking, great internet, and a super convenient location. Sara was very responsive to all questions that came up during my stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Would definitely give it more stars if I could!!!

If you are considering a trip to Ashland this lovely townhouse is a MUST! It is tastefully decorated, updated and in a prime location. Probably the best location in Ashland! We stayed here while relocating to Oregon and are so glad that we did!! It is within walking distance to all things that make Ashland wonderful!! There is even a safeway right next door if you are tired of eating out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a tasty meal at home!! There is a little patio table and chairs in the back patio where you can sit and relax in the evening. Sara, the host is wonderful!! She is quick with her response(not that there was any reason to contact her) and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You must check out Rouge Valley Roasting company down the street about half a block. Great coffee and they have beer and wine! We can not say enough great things about this vacation rental. If you are planning a trip to this area...book this townhouse! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Sara for sharing you home with us! You have made this transition a wonderful experience!! We fell in love with Ashland and will definitely be back soon!!This time for a vacation♡ We will be sure to book again. Couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

We love everything about Ashland living and want to make your stay as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. We love to cook, eat, enjoy wine, and exercise. Our little townhome offers proximity to all the outdoor activities, restaurants, and wineries. If you'd rather stay home, our kitchen is set up to cook an excellent meal, relax in front of the TV, or enjoy the back patio. We work hard and play hard. So should you!

Life is too short to have to commute. You can park your car and leave it at this townhome. Walk to the grocery store, all downtown activities, or catch the bike trail 1/4 away.
