The Whole House with private entrance and private back porch is all available for guests . The House has ADU on premises (accessory dwelling unit) with separate entrance from the house that we use as our business office. Both has a private separate entrance not related to each other. Guest will have private access to the house with private back porch available for guests only and own keys. The entrance to the house is at the front door of the house with 4 little outside stairs. Outside doorbell has a video camera installed only for the outside view of the house and entrance view.

We are very nice and very Friendly hosts to everyone and we also like to make your stay with us even more comfortable we offer some complimentary things to our guests during their stay with us. While our hosting experience for the last 2 years we have a lots of changes in our house and our own policy based on some wiled behavior of several guests. Since then we may have changes in in the furniture or appliances difference from the posted photos based on many damages from our guests stays. Some of the repairs and replacements takes time and extra expenses (which does not come that fast as guests "overuse" our interior and accessories or such. But this all does not affecting good quality of our service that we are providing and safety of our guests stay in our house. We will be communicating with you at the booking time and while you stay with us. We will try our best to make your stay very comfortable. Just lets be friends to each other and respect each others interests. We will treat you as our best guests and we are expecting from our guests to use our house like you would use yours in the proper way. Thank you very much. Stay safe.

Recently our house was partially remodeled and refreshment of the floor , furniture and wall paintings was done. We are available 24/7 for any questions. We are offering lots of other services for guests who is looking for the Airport pick up or drop off, food preparation and other more only for extra charge please. We have little cozy back porch with nice porch furniture and hanging chair. Safe for children. Extinguisher in the house . House is set up for the family reunion during the holiday times. We can decorate the house per your request before your check in that you may have a nice memories about your time spent here with awesome looking backgrounds on your photos. You got to check with us for this option first please.
