Wapato Point Resort is located in the heart of Washington on the pristine shores of Lake Chelan. The 116 acre resort amenities include for your use: Indoor/Outdoor pools, sandy beach waterfront, boat moorage, on-site watercraft rentals, mini golf, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room, Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant/wine bar & more.

Halmalka 514B is a spacious duplex townhouse condo with beautiful lake views and 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (sleeps 8). NEW Carpet & Flooring in February 2025 (updated pictures attached). This condo is located next to the outdoor pool, across the street from Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Bar, 1 block to heated indoor pool, hot tub, exercise facility, tennis courts and 2-3 blocks to sandy beach waterfront and downtown Manson amenities.

The main level features the following:
- Living room with Cable TV, DVD, propane fireplace and Internet Access (new carpet and blinds installed spring 2025)
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking (new flooring installed June 2024)
- Dining Area with seating for 6 and bar seating for 3
- Bedroom with King Bed, TV and access to private courtyard (new carpet & blinds installed spring 2025)
- Bathroom with Tub/Shower
- Lake View Deck with Gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining (propane provided)

- Bedroom with King Bed, TV and access to private patio and lawn area
- Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bunk Bed (twin over full), TV and access to private patio and lawn area

Driveway Parking for 3 vehicles (no garage use for parking). Designated area for boat trailer parking and overflow vehicle parking at the resort.

We’ve stayed in many Halmalka units over the years and 514B is definitely our favorite. Super clean, well stocked and comfortable beds. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Manson and staying at Wapato Point. The unit has an semi obstructed view of the lake, but certainly nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The family room was relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms met our expectations and needs. We walked the property on the lake. It was a 15 minute walk to wine tasting and coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our third stay at Wapato Point and our second stay in the Halmalka condos and this unit definitely delivered. Views from the deck were beautiful and while it's a bit of a trek to the swimming beach, with a group of all teens and adults it wasn't a big deal and we love the quiet and views of being up the hill a bit. We often had the pool all to ourselves and the neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk out the side exit to the grocery store.This condo was so comfortable, amazing beds, the living area was a great place to gather at the end of the day and all 8 of us piled in there to watch movies. We ate dinner each night on the deck and the kitchen was so well fitted for cooking family meals Excellent supplies of both pantry basics and all the pots, pans, pyrex, knives, even appliances like a good blender. All of the beds were super comfy and there were tons of beach towels available for the pool and lake.Only suggestion would be access to a wagon or some means of taking supplies down to the main beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We've already booked our next visit to Wapato Point!

We loved our stay at Wapato Point with Bonnie as host. It was the perfect set-up for us and our friends to join up to spend a great vacation together. All the kids had their own beds too.What we really loved about it was how well it was supplied. It had a lot of spices and kitchen items that a lot of places don't have so we didn't have to buy them but could easily prepare a meal. All the utensils and kitchen items and appliances were appreciated. There was a nice big dining room table that sat our 7 people comfortably. The location is amazing and we enjoyed the pool, the tennis courts, the fishing pond, the pickleball courts, the winery, the boating activities, the beach, biking and so much more. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping us make great memories in Lake Chelan!

Great stay

This was an excellent stay for a family of four. This was one of the most well appointed VRBO's we have ever stayed in. No detail was missed. It was clean and had everything we could think of needed for our weeks stay. Would book again without hesitation.

Chelan Stay

We had a great time at the condo, it was very clean and was quite roomy. It has a great view as well. We enjoyed how close it is to so many wineries/restaurants. The indoor pool and gym were closed due to repairs which was disappointing as we were very much depending on the gym. We did not receive any refund/ discount due to the lack of amenities that were originally stated. Overall we had a great stay and Bonnie was very communicative!

Hamalka —The interior is becoming dated but it is still very comfortable . The kitchen is very well stocked . The closest outdoor pool was very clean and great for teaching little people how to swim— no more than 5’ at deepest. The one aggravating disappointment was notification a week or so before our stay that the indoor pool and exercise area would be closed for maintenance. Wildfire smoke has become more and more an August issue in the area— it was unhealthy to hazardous air quality so not being able to use the indoor pool and exercise area amenities really limited and affected us for 2 full days of our 6 day vacation.

Condo was very comfortable, well stocked, beautiful view and very comfortable!

We so enjoyed our stay. 6-7 adults at one time and everyone enjoyed their stay. The one bathroom downstairs was a bit hard to share with 4-5 adults but we managed. The condo was very nice and super comfortable. Patio, deck and downstairs patio were so nice to have and green space in back perfect for games. Pool was short walk and restaurant was too. Played pickle ball which was so much fun! Family had fabulous time!

Beautiful condo

The Hamalka condos at Wapato are unique. They are individually owned and each unit has unique furnishings and finishes. They are two levels with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, so a larger alternative to the standard Wapato 2BR condos, but smaller and less expensive than the homes on the point. This unit has great water views from the main deck and very nicely furnished. The property manager is very responsive and experienced.
