Bright and cheery 3- bedroom, 2 bath home on a quiet end of road. Relax in the open main level and enjoy the sunny 2nd living space upstairs. Updated kitchen, baths and a charming breakfast nook. Window air conditioning in each bedroom. The double lot provides plenty of yard space for games, eating and relaxing around the fire pit and bar + seating in the shed. There is a deck and enclosed outdoor shower off the main bedroom. Nantucket Sound beaches are a short drive of 2-5 minutes: Haigis-South Village-West Dennis.

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe,
Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Quiet place on a quiet street; inside is beautifully decorated & the outside is very well taken care of. Many things to do. We enjoyed a lunch train ride, fishing trip for kids & a pirate ship for kids. Played golf & enjoyed the park and beach. One week goes by so fast!

Gorgeous Yard

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, but I didn't realize how far the bathroom was from the bedroom on the first floor. It was hard for my husband to navigate with a walker, especially at night. Also, the toilets are too low for any normal person, never mind elderly. So, I guess I made a bad choice. No one at Martha Murray is at fault. Updated kitchen was very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the weather was less than perfect, the rental was perfect. There was ample space with two living spaces and all modern amenities. 2 bathrooms, 2 tvs, a gas fireplace and updated appliances. The outside deck and patio were perfect spots to relax and enjoy a beverage. There is a shed bar in case of rain. Last of all we enjoyed watching the rabbits frolic on the well kept lawn. A 5 star getaway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the house a lot. The inside showers didnt work as good as the outside which was okay because we prefer the outdoor one. Also the later half of the week, all these tiny bugs were all over the house, ceilings and they were biting all of us. We were so itchy all week. Staff was nice and prompt trying to help, however, the bugs kept coming back. The location is pretty good but not close enough to walk to the beach. The tiki bar shed was nice to have. The house was very clean on arrival besides the bugs mid week.

Not too much, just exactly right. There is plenty of space to entertain and for everyone to come together, but also enough space for everyone to have their quiet time. The upstairs bedrooms flood with light. The yard is gorgeous. The bathrooms are so clean and accommodating. Everything is so perfect, you will never be disappointed. Thank you so much for making this so very special for us, it is obvious that this is not just a property but someplace that the owner wishes to make very special for guests. Thank you for the cape cod gifts, we happily used them all and they were delicious!
