Our newly renovated, cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers a coastal retreat for families or friends in the perfect mid-cape location.

• Primary bedroom with Queen bed
• Second bedroom with Twin-over-Queen bunk bed
• Full bathroom with tub and shower (outdoor shower also available seasonally)
• Private deck with outdoor dining set, and yard with Adirondack lounge chairs and hammock, charcoal grill
• Gas fireplace
• Central air conditioning
• High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs (living room and primary bedroom) with cable TV and streaming apps
• Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, and full size appliances

My friend and I spent 3 nights here while we explored this area of Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. Clean and had what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at this 2BR cottage. It was immaculately clean and updated. Beds and towels were comparable to a 5 star hotel. Very homey and cozy. Our only suggestion would be to have small trash cans/bin in the 2 bedrooms. Overall, a great experience. We would stay here again.

Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the house was spotless, and everything was exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only small issue we had was with the front door—it stuck a bit and took some effort to open. But aside from that, everything was truly lovely.Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Cozy and conveniently located near many beaches and amenities. Place was clean, and the hot showers both inside and outside were lovely! The beds and blankets were so comfy, and the stack of extra beach towels were much appreciated.

Comfortable stay in Dennis Port

Our family had a wonderful stay on Easy Street. We enjoyed the home and surrounding neighborhood which is a nice walk to the beach. The property managers were responsive to our needs. We would love to stay here again!

Cozy and well equipped

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday this year. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We both worked remotely for part of our stay and the wifi worked well. Loved the fireplace! It was only about a 15 minute walk to Haigis beach, which we visited every morning. Plenty of places to eat and things to do all close by.

The property is great! It’s very easy to check in. It’s close to some shop and restaurants. It’s nice to have an outdoor shower. Big enough for a small family.

Perfect Cape Cod Spot

My family and I were extremely happy with this stay. It was our first time visiting Cape Cod and this location was ideal. Close to the beach, but not in a super touristy area. The property was exceptional, and we had no issues. Well stocked with supplies and would absolutely rent this location again in the future.

An Amazing Stay!

This property blew me away from the moment my family and walked in! Not only was the property well kept and super clean, but so much detail was added, including toiletries and cleaning products specifically left for our family that were packaged so nicely. They literally had everything for us to use from beach towels to all of the kitchen appliances. It truly felt like our home away from home, and was so conveniently located mid Cape so we were able to go all over and see some of our favorite things with ease! Will stay here over and over again!
