You will stay in a contemporary villa on two levels with beautiful volumes and large bay windows all facing south. On the first floor, you will find an entrance with a toilet and stairs leading upstairs, a large living room equipped with individual air conditioning, a corner sofa, a fireplace and a connected TV, then a large living room with individual air conditioning, a long dining table and a connected TV, opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, Kitchenaid food processor, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, blender, toaster). You will have direct access to the terrace equipped with a large garden table and chairs and a Weber barbecue to enjoy your meals outside in the shade of a large electric blind. Upstairs, you will have the choice between the three beautiful bedrooms opening onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Each is equipped with individual air conditioning, a 140X190 double bed with cotton satin bed linen and fitted wardrobes. Two bathrooms with sink, toilet, storage and towels (one with a bathtub and the other a large shower) complete the floor.
The Villa is surrounded by a very large Mediterranean terraced garden.
You will enjoy the different outdoor spaces according to your desires, such as relaxing on the deckchairs under the umbrellas by the heated 4.5x10m swimming pool, swimming laps or a game of volleyball in the water or a game of ping pong on the large solarium by the pool, preparing a tasty meal in the fully equipped summer kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, plancha, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) and equipped with a wood-burning barbecue and a real pizza oven, sharing a good wine with friends or family on the shaded terrace of the summer kitchen while contemplating the reflections of the sun on the water of the pool, playing a game of petanque at nightfall. After a day of visiting the mythical places of the Côte d'Azur (such as Monaco and its Rock, Nice and its Promenade des Anglais, Cannes and its Croisette) or more authentic places such as the ancestral villages overlooking the Mediterranean Sea or mountain hiking or water sports at sea or shopping for good local Italian products, you will bask in the heated jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 6 people and then you will enjoy an aperitif in the relaxation lounge under the bioclimatic pergola or you will enjoy a good coffee in the shade of an olive tree.
