Brand new, modern, luxury home available for rental. "Mi Casa Es Su Casa" (Main House) is situated in an amazing location right in the center of Manuel Antonio, tucked in the jungle and close to the beaches and National Park. The main house consists of two levels; 4 large, comfortable bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths to accommodate up to 10 guests. This house has been just re-listed on Airbnb. This home sits on one of the most privileged locations in Manuel Antonio: walking distance from the locals' hang out beach spot known as "Playitas", yet also a short distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and activities in this world famous destination. The National Park is a 5-minute drive away from this beautiful home that has all the amenities you will need to make your costarrican holiday a wonderful and memorable experience. The home was architecturally designed to maximize the beautiful lush tropical rainforest and ocean view of its location just off the sparsely traveled Playitas road and tucked into a patch of pristine rainforest. It sits level with the canopy that frames a very unique view of the ocean and the iconic "Toro Amarillo" island of the coast. This location allows beautiful rainforest and ocean views from every room, while ensuring absolute privacy inside. The only neighbors you'll be able to see will be the local wildlife hanging out in the trees in front of the house. The rainforest in front of the house is part o a wildlife corridor, so all three types of monkeys (white faces-titi & howler), 2 & 3 toe sloths, agoutis, toucans, macaws and more colorful birds pass by as part of their daily routine, providing plenty of photography opportunities from the comfort of this unique home. I will be available for questions requests at all times. Gary, who's our concierge will be in charge of checking you in and out, deliver keys and show you around. He can recommend you arrange tours, activities, reservations, transportation, rentals at other locations and more. Gary will be happy to assist guests with everything they need, his available 24/7 The house is located in a central, yet private location. Close to the beaches and also within a short distance to great restaurants, bars, activities, banks and much more. The house has private parking for 2 cars. The main road and public transportation routes are about a 10 minute walk away from the house

Absolute paradise! This house is amazing; beautiful beach nearby within walking distance, as well as great restaurants and shopping. Nestled in the jungle, we saw monkees everyday as they passed through the trees in front of the house. Birds galore, including toucans, parrots, and scarlet macaws. Even saw a sloth! The house itself is spotless and well-appointed with updated furniture and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. You can't go wrong with this house. It was everything we hoped for and more. We will be back!

Lovely Cliffside Retreat

We had a wonderful time at Mi Casa Es Su Casa! It was situated just a short walk from many vibrant and delicious beach restaurants, and was just a few minutes’ drive from the stunning Espadilla beach. The house was beautiful, clean, had an awesome pool, and offered tremendous amenities to boot. Mauricio was wonderful and set us up with everything we needed - including a private chef! He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Loved it and 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing spot close to the beach!

We came into town for a wedding and this spot was a perfect relaxation spot. We saw lots of wildlife! Mauricio and the staff were fantastic and our stay could not have been better. Mauricio had the ability to help us find tours and transportation prior to arrival. All our transport and activites were booked through the wedding party otherwise we would have used his reccomendations and services more.

Beautiful home with so much space!

Our group of 10 stayed at this airbnb as a birthday celebration! It was absolutely fantastic, there is AC everywhere, there are great views in almost all of the rooms, there was enough seating for our group on the large couch and at the dinner table with moving 2 chairs. We booked the in-home chef and it was absolutely amazing, she cooked a fantastic meal truly from scratch and everyone in the group agreed it was the best we had in Costa Rica on our 7 day trip. Mauricio is SO responsive and the night we arrived, it was later than expected and we hadn't had dinner and he graciously offered to order pizza delivery and we could just easily pay cash. Fantastic stay, so worth it! Loved the staff. The only thing to note is that there is a fee for check in after 6pm which you find out right after booking, but not a big deal, just something to plan around.

This House Is Awesome

Wow is all I can say about this house. Before we left the states I connected with Mauricio on Whatsapp and pre-arranged to have a private chef cook dinner for the 10 of us on the night we arrived in town. Mauricio was amazing and catered to our every need. He is the best host ever!! We arrived from a crazy drive in from SJO airport and walked into a dining room full of food ready for us to literally sit down and eat. It was awesome and I would absolutely splurge and do that again!! The house was perfect. Plenty of room for the 10 of us, the pool was beautiful and the view of the ocean was wonderful. On our last day, we had spider monkey's visit us on the deck and pool area!! We didn't have any food or anything out there for them to steal and they had a great time walking all over the place and jumping to/from the trees and onto the roof of the house. It was epic! You definitely need a car to get to/from town. The hills are steep and a 4 wheel drive vehicle is the best way to get around. The walk down to the beach area was steep but we are used to hiking and didn't mind. The beach area is quiet with hardly anyone there which was again wonderful. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. It was fantastic!!

Honeymoon Oasis

My husband and I visited Manuel Antonio and stayed in the stunning property, Mi Casa Es Su Casa. If I could give more than 5 starts, I would. The property is stunning, beautifully decorated with a lovely patio and personal small pool. If you sit out on the patio, you can see monkeys and toucans come right onto the patio! We also saw macaws flying below and above us, monkeys playing in the trees, and a gorgeous view of the ocean where you can watch the sun set. Mauricio met us as soon as we were there and was so kind and helpful, available for anything we needed. Darling came to clean the property and help with laundry, which made me feel so spoiled and special on our honeymoon getaway. She is also absolutely lovely to say the least. The town is great, delicious food, friendly people, fun shops. The property is perfectly located, we walked literally everywhere. We walked to the beach, town, and National Park right from the property. It was so nice to never have ti use a vehicle. We saw wildlife, played in the ocean and learned to surf! Needless to say, I cried the day we left and we are already planning to go back. Could not recommend more!!!

Beautiful house with a nice view!

Our family really enjoyed staying here! Mauricio did a fantastic job booking our excursions and making reservations at a few restaurants. He also arranged for a private chef to come and and cook for us on our last night, best meal all week! Also arranged for transport to the beach and had chairs/tent waiting for us.

Paradise, centrally located.

Beautifully maintained, spacious and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Lot's of monkey's and birds to watch while using the pool.

Great Property

This was a great place to spend a week by Antonio Manuel National Park. The pool was great and the wildlife abundant (maybe a bit too abundant when a scorpion got into the master bathroom!). The property manager (Mauricio) was awesome as well. Biggest drawback was the road getting to it (dirt and pretty rough) and the fact that the house is actually 2 units (upstairs/downstairs), the owners were staying downstairs for part of our stay and we were not told about either of these facts prior to our arrival. VRBO advertises that "you have the whole house" when you rent using their site but that was not the case.

Back to Paradis

Manuel Antonio is our favorite vacation destination. This was our 8th visit in the past 12 years. We especially like the natural setting and all the birds and monkeys. It is a time of relaxation for us so we do enjoy being walking distance from the beach and a pool. Plus the ability to walk to local Restaurants'. The Casa is very nice and will accommodate 8-10 people. We did have a Chef one night and the kitchen was more than adequate. The hill is challenging for walking to the beach or back to the main road. I would recommend a 4-wheel drive if you plan to make multiple trips each day.

Wild Life get away

First of Maurico was great through the whole process providing me the needed information to make my stay memorable. Providing me with how to get there and any nearby activities. The wildlife was the best part with the monkeys coming for a swim and hanging on the patio.

Beautiful location!

Our family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location was centrally located an we had views of the ocean and the jungle, which was the backyard. We had three types of monkeys visit us and toucans and macaws were in the trees just outside. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the daily maid service as well.

Perfect

This stay exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The photos are accurate. It's spacious, bright, and clean. The location is great, a walk to the beach or to town, a short drive to Manuel Antonio park. The manager is super helpful and responsive, communication with him was very easy. We were all wishing we had a few more nights here. Hope to be able to come back in the coming year or so. Don't hesitate.
