Via a small private road and surrounded by a green setting of more than 7 hectares of garden, woods and meadows, Maison Orliac offers you the chance to enjoy a nice holiday with family or friends in an oasis of peace and unspoilt nature. Maison Orliac offers ideal accommodation for up to 8 persons with an area of ??170 m².

After you have climbed the small stone staircase, you enter the large living room of over 50m². To your right is the comfortable sitting area furnished with two sofas and coffee tables around the wood burner and a large flat screen TV. The fully equipped open kitchen offers a 4-burner hob (3 gas, 1 electric), oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker, refrigerator. There is plenty of crockery and cooking utensils to easily prepare the fine Périgord products, which you can enjoy inside at the bare wooden farmhouse table, or outside, on the large terrace accessed through the large bay window.

On the other side of the entrance, a small hallway serves the sleeping area on the ground floor.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a large and beautiful storage cupboard.
Bedroom 2 is a children's bedroom with a cot and a single bed, bedside table and chest of drawers.
These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath, separate shower and wash basin. A separate toilet completes this level.

The beautiful staircase leads to the two other bedrooms upstairs and can be reached via a large mezzanine:
Bedroom 3 is also a double bedroom and has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and storage cupboard/wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 also has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe. They share a small bathroom with sink, shower cubicle and toilet.

The laundry room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a washing machine, everything needed for ironing, a second refrigerator, a separate freezer and a sink.

* Located in the extension of the kitchen and on the edge of the swimming pool, the large terrace has sufficient garden furniture so that you can enjoy the outdoors.
In the hottest summer you will enjoy the second, more shaded, semi-covered terrace at the front of the house, which is also equipped with tables and chairs.
* The beautiful swimming pool of eight by five meters and a depth of one meter forty allows you to both swim and play with the children. Access is via a corner staircase. It is secured by an underwater alarm and equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
* A swing is also available for little holidaymakers; while the large limestone parking lot allows bocce players to aim and shoot!
* Young and old can discover the flora and fauna on more than 70,000 m² of meadows, fields and forests.
