Check out this amazing completely renovated Ocean block 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with large front porch! This perfect midtown location is not only steps away from the beach, but also some of the best restaurants and bars in Ocean City including Fagers, Seacrets, Alleyoops, and Bad Monkey. This home also comes with 2 parking spaces in a private parking lot around the back of the building! The linen fee is also included in the cleaning fee so bath towels, hand towels and sheets will be included. We still recommend that you bring your own beach towels. Come enjoy your perfect Beach getaway! No groups of under 21, thank you!

Great weekend trip

We enjoyed staying for a weekend with our children and grandchildren. Great location! Easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. Hosts were great with communication and the condo was as advertised. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot!

The owners were extremely nice and great communications! It was set up so nicely, it was so close to the beach and a perfect location for the entire area. I would definitely book with them again

Great Week!

We had a great week. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. And a quick drive to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!

Another GREAT STAY

2nd year in a row everything went great, from check in to departure. Owners have great communication amd keep the rental in great shape. Lord willing we will be back next year.

My friends and I booked the property for our beach week which was so much fun overall and was definitely elevated by the property we chose to stay at. It was super clean, had a good location, awesome porch, and was overall super cute.

Great week at the beach

I guess our favorite part of Brittani and Joe's condo is its nice big porch. But all other features were all excellent: comfortable and abundant seating in the living room; all appliances work and the kitchen is stocked with sufficient dishes, pots and pans, cutlery. My family truly enjoyed our time there. In addition, Brittani answered all my queries promptly and with kindness and enthusiasm.

First time renters in OCMD

The owner of this property was in contact with me from start to finish. Everything that was promised in the description was at the property!! It was clean & enough space for me, my daughter, my daughter & son in law & their infant son. Close walk to the beach. I would recommend this home!! We will be returning!!

The Unit was exactly as described, the "check in" and "check out" could NOT have been any easier!!!! Flawless!!! Unit was very clean and already stocked with basic necessities. Close to everything, convenient wash points, with front and back boor. Very clean and nice bathroom/ shower facilities.

My new favorite location in OCMD

I’ve been coming down to OCMD from PA every summer for the last 15 years. This house is one of the best finds in my opinion. It is located close to the beach on a quiet street. The owners have done a fantastic job of updating the space. It was perfect for what we needed, and the outdoor deck was a plus! Great for drinking my coffee in the morning and getting a few chapters read before the kids woke up! There is private parking which is a relief when there are no open spots on the street. Neighbors were so sweet, and the owners very attentive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming OC getaway

We loved this place! It's within walking distance of a quiet stretch of beach and great restaurants. Brittani texted us on the first day to say we could check in early, and responded to my questions quickly. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony--the street has a strong community vibe--and reading the book about the history of OC. Hope to return again :)

Perfect location for a family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and it had everything we needed. As a family of 4 (kids ages 6 & 4yo) we were very comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the beach and close to all the restaurants. We will definitely look to stay here again and hopefully be able to stay a little longer.

Hello! My name is Brittani and my husband Joe and I live in Ocean City, Maryland and love everything about it! We just welcomed our daughter, Cora, in September 2020 and are expecting a little boy in May 2023. We love trying new restaurants and love to travel anywhere and everywhere. Our favorite trips to date have to be our travel of the Hawaiian Islands in early 2020 and our road trip around the US in 2015. We both also love cruises and have been on several over the past couple years. I am a Real Estate Agent in the Ocean City area and Joe is a contractor. Joe and I also renovate houses and enjoy the challenge of making something new again. We own a couple rental properties in the Ocean City area that we are constantly updating each year to keep them fresh and desirable to stay! We hope you enjoy your stay in Ocean City!
