Guests are provided one complimentary parking spaces. This condo is located right in the heart of Ocean City on 68th street. Everything you could need is within walking distance, especially the beach!!! Just a couple streets away guests can visit Dead Freddies, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, and much more! For additional parking guests can park curbside up and down Ocean City, or in the 24/7 pay to park municipal lot on 100th street! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline as well!

In the event a guest cancels their reservation greater than 60 days from check-in, we will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If we are able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
