Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties:) Maximum capacity at all times is 8 guests. During the months of May-September there is a VERY STRICT outdoor lighting policy. All interior blinds and curtains must be closed between the hours of 10PM and 7AM. There can be no outdoor lights during this time. This is the guests responsibility and could result in a $500 fine by the city as well as lose of damage deposit and possible immediate eviction, should you or the property receive a citation. Thank you in advance with your help in protecting the sea turtles! THIS PROPERTY HAS A VERY FIRM NO PETS POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS ON ANY ANIMAL, SIZE OR BREED.

Beach Music is a beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath home located on the front beach of "The Edge of America". Breathtaking views of the Atlantic from inside, the ground level screened porch and upper sundeck. This home will not disappoint! Thoughtfully cared for and appointed, it is a home you will want to return to again and again.

This property was perfect! As many other reviewers noted, it is very well equipped with lots of kitchen items, beach chairs and beach toys…there were many kitchen items I was pleasantly surprised to find at a beach house! The outdoor spaces are fantastic, and we were almost always on the covered outdoor deck or screened in porch. Access to the beach is so close and easy. It’s amazing to have a yard too (there were tons of beautiful butterflies flying in the yard!). The property manager was extremely responsive, too. The only thing that would make this property better is an enclosed outdoor shower (there is an outdoor shower but it’s not private). We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay here again!

Girls Trip Perfection

7 of us were in love with this property, the beach front is just gorgeous, house so spacious and all the decks to chose from. Folly Beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins too from the beach! Rita’s Seafood was delicious, do not recommended Coconut Joes, the drinks were super watery and food was very meh. We did a sunset cruise, downtown day shopping, ate at Husk and hopped on a buggy tour. The last day it rained, we Ubered to the shopping area near the pier and bar hopped. We all want to come back! Jolly Folly!

This house provided everything we needed. Kitchen was totally stocked with anything you could possibly need. Lots of outdoor eating or relaxing space. Right on the beach!

Wonderful vacation

We loved staying here and would go back again. The house was just as expected very clean and comfortable. We loved the view and location right on the beach. It was nice to get to the downtown easily but be just far enough away from it as well.

Fun times

I would highly recommend this property. One of my favorite things were all the outdoor seating. The week we stayed was very hot. We enjoyed so much time on the beach but it was nice to find a cool outdoor place to sit. The house was well equipped, clean and beds were comfy! We would definitely come back!

Incredible location!

My husband and I came to stay for our anniversary. The location on the beach is unmatched. We loved the large deck with both sunny and shaded seating. We spent all our time outside since we were gifted beautiful weather. The bed was pretty comfortable and kitchen was decently stocked. But the star of this rental is being on the beach and the deck overlooking the beach. We did not want to leave!

Lovely House on the Beach -- Great Outdoor Spaces!

Nothing but great things to say about this house directly on the beach at the quiet, residential end of Folly Beach. Perfect for our family of 6 (Mom & Dad and two adult kids & their partners!) The decor is lovely...everything was clean & shiny...lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy coffee, eating outside, and games of cup pong. We got so much use out of the sem-circle seating on the upstairs deck where the dolphin-viewing was great while enjoying our morning coffee. There ARE stairs (from the street to the house & from the kitchen to the upper living area), so be aware of that aspect. And a tip: check-in at the house BEFORE you shop for essentials! Previous guests left so many extras (toilet paper, an entire bottle of dishwasher detergent, half a bottle of Tide, enough trash bags for months...) -- extras that we added to when we left! You will not be disappointed with your rental of this house. PERFECTION!

This property was great for our 8 adult group. The house was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of kitchen and grilling utensils and beach/bath towels. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Views

We came to Charleston for my son's Navy graduation and wanted somewhere memorable to stay and this was definitely it. The house was very spacious with beautiful beach views from every room. The top deck has million dollar views and the bottom deck was a peaceful setting with tons of seating. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Downtown Folly Beach has great restaurants and is great to walk around. Would absolutely recommend and we would love to stay again.

A little bit of Paradise

Really nice well equipped house with a fantastic deck Right on the ocean. The location is fantastic, maybe 25 steps from the house to the beach and a short walk into town. Beautiful sunrises every day. I hope to go back. In addition to the house, Folly Beach is a great spot.

A fully Folly Beach Experience

Folly Beach is an incredible place to enjoy a beach vacation. Our stay was off season and we enjoyed all the perks without the crowds. The home is well situated on the beach. My daughters, sister and nieces made use of the several gathering spaces inside and out. High marks for this clean, light-filled, well equipped piece of paradise.

Need protection from the sun, rain and flying wildlife...relax on the spacious screened porch,while taking in the ocean view. Looking for a little sun? Kick back on the sundeck in one of 4 loungers. Want to be out on the open deck but would like a little shade? There's a covered seating area! High Tide keeping you from playing beach games? No worries...there's a spacious manicured lawn. This is just the outdoor living! The inside of this home offers plenty of space for our guest to spread out and relax or gather together to play games and dine. This home will not disapoint. Owners and management work closely together to help provide a restful and stress free stay for our guests.

This home is located on 11th block of the east side of Folly. This area of the beach is far less crowded than other areas due to limited public parking spaces. Great for families looking for a more peaceful setting.
