We are thrilled that you loved the open layout, the breathtaking views, and the convenience of the private beach path and outdoor shower. It really is the perfect spot near Center Street and the pier! We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness was not up to our usual high standards for your stay. Finding hair in the bedding, dirty handprints, and a dirty oven is absolutely not acceptable to us. We have already addressed this directly with our cleaning team to ensure these details are never missed again. We're also sending our maintenance crew to trim back the path to the rear ramp and double-check the TV connections. We truly appreciate your grace and your promise to return; we can’t wait to welcome you back for a flawless 5-star experience next time!
