You will not find a better value in this precious Carrabelle community! There’s a fire pit, deck,hot tub and covered metal roof with charcoal grill in backyard. Screened porch in front of property with porch swing and futon. This property is just 2 blocks from marina, boat ramp, restaurants, shops in downtown Carrabelle. Five minute drive to Carrabelle Beach. 30 minute drive to city of Apalachicola or Saint George island beach. Beach supplies, 3 beach bikes, 2 kayaks available for your use in outdoor building, we have a nice Jon boat with 25 hp motor for rent for $75 a day. Must know how to operate a boat, can only be taken down Carrabelle River or out in the Gulf of America and must sign a lease. $200 refundable deposit returned after your stay. Please note we cannot be responsible for accidents should you decide to use our equipment. Please also note some equipment may not be available should renters forget to return our equipment. Public beach access at Carrabelle beach or McKissack Beach on gulf beach drive only 2.5 miles away. Dog island is a beautiful local island, a must see and can be accessed by your own boat or ferry. Well stocked main kitchen has food processor, pots, pans, large roasting pan, blender, plenty of utensils, dishes. Full size washer and dryer. Washer is in outbuilding. Laundry basket provided. Great eateries in Carrabelle include Fathoms bar and grill, Mornin’ Bite. Fathom’s serves great seafood dishes with live music and a warm local atmosphere to boot. Harry’s sports bar nearby is a fun stop with pool tables. Boat charters available at CQuarters marina. Or bring your own boat and use the public boat ramps for your fishing pleasure. We love staying at our own place but if you must make it your place for awhile, you are gonna love it!
