The Seabreeze Retreat with community pool

Enjoy your stay at our brand new peaceful and centrally-located beach home. Located conveniently 1 mile from both the beach and the town, complete with neighborhood in-ground pool, outdoor eating space, rocking chairs, and new modern furnishings. Please read through house rules prior to booking.
The space
Brand new 2022 home with all modern fixtures and new furnishings.
Guest access
Our home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living area. With pull out sofa. As well as a laundry room and back yard patio. And access to a community inground pool.
Other things to note
Our beach property is located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Carrabelle. Enjoy this quaint town with its quiet serene beaches known as part of the “Forgotten Coast”. Or enjoy a short and scenic 25 min drive to St. George Island, East Point or Apalachicola for more family oriented activities and white sand beaches. Also only 30 minute drive to Wakulla Springs which is a great destination for a day trip!

Great stay!

Our experience in this home and with the renter was great! Beautiful clean home, just as pictured. Had one small issue of the guest bedroom fan not working but we were able to grab a box fan and make it work and the owner was very nice about the issue. Would highly recommend this home to others!

Little corner of bliss

This was a fantastic cottage less than 3 min from the free parking area to Carrabelle beach. All amenities included. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Full kitchen, living area. Washer/dryer. We were very pleased with the accommodations. We will certainly book this property again.

Great vacay

We stayed at this home for five nights.This house was nearly new.The beds were firm and comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet.My dogs enjoyed their walks.I would definitely rent again.

Nice vacation home

We had a little problem with the check-in process because VRBO failed to send us the check in code. Then when we tried to call the host, the telephone number on the VRBO site was wrong. And VRBO was really no help when we finally figured out how to contact them. We were just told to wait. VRBO eventually got in touch with the host, who contacted me and provided the door code. The rest of our vacation went smoothly after calming down from the check-in problems. The home was as described in the details, was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we encountered was the tub in the front bathroom would backup when you took a shower. We purchased some Draino and it cleared up the problem. The home is located not far from town, and other towns, like Saint Georgia Island and Apalachicola aren't far away. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This was a very beautiful home in a wonderful location! It was located just out of the hub bub of town and only a couple of miles from the ocean! The pool was wonderful and it was a quiet place to return to every night after a day of being a tourist. There was also a lot of wildlife in the area which we thoroughly enjoyed, without the same insect problem as some areas closer to the water. The local shops were a great place to find some neat things to take home and the food was awesome! We definitely recommend the shrimp Quesadillas at Fathoms and sit down and enjoy some of the live music while you are there!! Don’t forget to take home some of that Fresh seafood from Millender’s and also bask in the friendliness of the entire community!
