It has download speeds of up to 25 Mbps and while it responds a little slower than we're used to when loading our favorite streaming apps, once we begin watching we haven't had any issues.

• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots, pans - you name it. However, you must bring your own groceries, condiments, and spices.
