Canary Beach Cottage offered by Beach Time Rentals.

We are so excited to offer this bright, beautiful and charming beach cottage with an incredible location.

This freshly decorated property, complete with new furnishings and coastal décor, and all the amenities you’ll need to enjoy your stay away from home.

This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing trip to the beach. This two bedroom home is completely ground floor and comfortable for up to 6 guests.

Coastal decor and beautiful finishes make this cottage one of a kind in the area. The property has a wonderful private feel to it with easy beach access.

The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The living area features a Sleeper sofa. The tub/shower combo bathroom also has a washer and dryer.

The cute surfboard dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen bar will seat an additional 2 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your family meal.

This beach cottage will allow you to experience the local beach lifestyle – away from high rises and hotels.

You will be wowed by the incredible location Canary Beach Cottage has to offer. Located in a unique beach community called Piney Nook. The beach community is composed of 6 beach cottages. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Natural light and welcoming features dominate the interior of this inviting cottage away from home.

This property is a 5 minute drive to the Splash Harbour Water Park.

Important Notes:
Max of 1 vehicle – parking spot is at the entrance of the beach community.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

The cottage is adorable! Just a short walk to the beach! We went to Clearwater beach for dinner, saw vendors on the pier, and the little one enjoyed the beach playground. We also enjoyed the shops at John’s Pass. Walking distance to an ice cream shop, too. The beds were so comfortable, it was hard to get out of them. We had everything we needed at the cottage. Plenty of towels, dishes, and 3 tv’s. We loved having ms Pac-Man competitions on the in-room arcade game. Will definitely be back soon!

Everything was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. I was so surprised at how close we were to the beach and how uncrowded the beach was. We did visit in the fall but I suspect even in the more popular months it's not as crowded given the small cottages in the area. Had a wonderful time and would return to this Canary Beach Cottage again!

Do you enjoy the sound of traffic?

Steps to the beach? Yes but also inches from the highway. Ever wanted to spend a relaxing vacation under a freeway overpass? Well this place might be for you. Despite all the deliberate lies in the property description, the beach itself was very nice. The property however, is a complete shame. It is listed as being within walking distance of the state park, but is in fact, 7 miles away from where it shows. It is on the map and where they claim that it is located. It is in fact, only a few steps to the beach, but the property is sitting on an extremely busy and very loud road and there is nowhere in that place that you cannot hear the traffic noise. The air conditioner only works at night and the temperature in the property will steadily rise during the day until it is almost 80 at midday. The property description says that there is an icemaker which there is, but it does not work. It is very nicely decorated and so if that is the only thing that matters to you then great. The property is managed by a company that does not apparently believe in answering their phone. The only way you will ever be able to contact them is by text and they don’t give you the number to text them until it’s too late. My wife and I have rented properties around the world, and this was the most mismanaged, misrepresented and overpriced place we have ever stayed.

Perfect 2 bed 1 bath vacation getaway. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards provided. Washer and dryer always a plus. Just steps away from the beach.

This unique cottage is a comfortable base to pursue any and all vacation endeavors. Located conveniently bewtween St. Pete's and Clearwater Beach, you are either a short walk or drive to a range of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Or simply walk to the beah (only steps away) and watch the world pass by. The property manager is very attentive and will provide a nice overview of usefull tips to eliminate any stress about how to get around and where to find key resources

Indian Shores is beautiful!

The loved our stay in the canary house! The decor is delightful, and our kids loved the super-short walk to the beach. We saw a stringray and dolphins and enjoyed watching the pelicans.

Highly recommended

We like to stay directly on the beach and while this cottage is not right on the water, it is a very short walk down a path, so just as good as right on the water! The home is clean, well stocked, and everything we needed. Host was a great communicator. We didn't need a thing while we were there, but I'm sure we would have been well taken care of if we had. We stated in mid September, so the area was pretty quiet. A short drive to St. Pete or Clearwater, even into Tampa. It's away from the busy cities, but restaurants were a short drive. Beach was clean and quiet. Cottage is very small, but perfect for the 2 of us. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful Quiet Beach

The beach was calm and peaceful- not over crowded. Beach Cottage was decorated cute and it was nice to have stuff other families left - beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, first aide kit etc. Outside shower was great. Host was very nice and had great communication, especially days prior to arrival. A few downsides: VRBO shows the location icon very close (3 minutes) to Clearwater Beach on Sand Key Resort, but it’s actually in Indian Shores- nearly 25 minutes away. Both beds were old and uncomfortable, and though the linens were professionally cleaned- many had large stains that remained. Only other downside was you are close to a busy street and hear traffic noises at night instead of the beach.

Great little house on th beach

Nice little cottage that’s is just a few steps from the beach, great location between Clearwater and st Pete, would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach vacation.
