Step back in time and experience the timeless charm of Old Florida in this original Indian Shores beach cottage. Full of character and coastal allure, this gulf side gem captures the essence of relaxed beach living, with a laid-back vibe that encourages you to slow down and savor the sunshine. This quaint cottage home is located right off the Gulf of America surrounded by native Florida pine trees. The water, white sandy beach and breathtaking sunsets are just steps away. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The cottage has all the comforts of home including internet and 3 smart tv's. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make 3 meals a day, but you probably won't want to with so many great restaurants nearby.

With a designated parking space next to the cottage, it's perfect for honeymooners, retired couples and folks wanting to unwind without a crowd around. No steps, no elevators, no shared amenities.

Everything you need for a fun, relaxing day on the beach is provided - beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, beach towels.

Please note the no pets and no smoking policy. You will be charged for any damages caused by you or your guests.

Loved this spot! Small cottage tucked in amongst some trees and other rentals. Felt very private. Direct access to beach with a larger house also on the property. Very clean. Perfect for a small family wanting a little beach getaway. They also have beach chairs and toys and various other beach related items so you don’t need to bring anything like that. Highly recommend!

By far our favorite VRBO stay so far. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Perfect walking distance to the beach and driving distance to everything we love to do in the area. Will definitely book again!

As usual, fantastic! No hurricane can change this beautiful place. Jon and Sue are extremely responsive and take care of every single detail in a very diligent manner. Best kept "secret" in Indian Shores Beach. Cannot ask for more. We will be back.

Cute cottage

This cottage was perfect for my family of 4. It was very clean, had everything we needed & a very short walk to the beach. The owner was always quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend this cottage to everyone staying in the area & we will definitely stay here again.

great place cottage on the beach.

We where able to check in early which was great.The house was very clean and had every thing we needed. Sue was a wonderful Host .When we needed propane for the grill it was Delivered the next morning. She had all the beach stuff . We did bring some of are own things but didn't need too. FYI for next time, Very cute cottage reminded me of how it use to look back in the 90's nice big trees. pretty grounds around the house. Indian Rock beach is a nice area and not so busy as Clearwater beach, plenty of things to do. Just one thing do need a large fry pan to make pancakes, We will hope to come back next yr, Thank you Jon and Sue for Such a lovely place to feel like home.... And the beds where very comfy to sleep on,

Amazing hidden gem

Rent it NOW! This cottage is a hidden gem. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The water was a little cold at this time of the year but it was totally worth it. The property was very clean. There was everything we could ever need. The knives were a bit dull if you are planning on cooking, but besides that, great location, great cottage, and everything nearby. I will definitely go back next year. Hosts were very prompt as well. Loved this area of Florida. More laid back and more family oriented. You can’t go wrong with this cottage.

Beach cottage

What a perfect little beach cottage! Having to only walk a few steps to the beach was amazing. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed from kitchenware to extra towels. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and toys to play in the sand. The outdoor shower was used a lot to wash our sandy toes before going back in the house. Close to a few restaurants and of course ice cream! We had a great week and would love to come back again.

Beautiful Beach Location

The cottage was so conveniently located by the beach. A few steps and you are on a quiet beach. The owners supplied everything you need for the perfect day at the beach: chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, etc. The cottage itself also has everything you could need. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking and dining necessities. Master bed was comfortable enough for us and overall everything was clean. A wonderful week away.

Indian Shores Old Fla. Cottage

A very clean cottage with everything needed for a nice stay. Chairs for the beach, very easy walk to the beach or the store or a restaurant. Wonderful sunsets! This cottage takes you back to a simpler time, when simple accommodations were all you needed to enjoy a good stay at the beach. Bring your favorite book and flip flops. No elevators, no stairs, no worries.

A postage stamp of old Florida

This property is gorgeous! Lots of trees, beautiful plants, right on the ocean. The beach is awesome. They have all the equipment you need to make a day of it. The bungalow is clean and well stocked . I hope i can return soon❤️⛱️

Cozy cottage

We stayed for a week here. The location was great. Couldn't ask for a better host. She was very responsive. Very short walk to the flat beach. The cottage was very clean and supplied very well. We would recommend this place and hope to be back next year.

Perfect Beach Cottage

Sue was an amazing host. She accommodated a last-minute hiccup that we had with our reservation. She was readily available to assist us with a minor issue we had when checking in, as well. The cottage was just as pictured. It was beyond amazing to be in our 'own little bungalow' steps from the beach. This made it extremely easy to catch the sunrises along with the sunsets. The cottage was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities to make meals. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The cottage is within walking distance of many eateries. I am a Buffalo Bills fan (born & raised) and was ecstatic to find a Bills Backer Bar within walking distance to watch the game. My husband and I would love to stay again in the future. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful cottage!

Perfect place for a relaxing beach vaca

This is the 1st time hubby & I took a vaca where all we did was RELAX. This is the perfect place- they give you everything you will need to chill on the beach (umbrella/chairs) and it’s only a few feet away! Great views, restaurants and shopping close by. We stopped at a grocery store & stocked up so we barely had to leave. Highly recommend

This place is as cute as it looks! Property was nice and clean and secure.

My family of 4 stayed here and we had a great week! Nice and clean, plenty of linens, towels and essentials. Beach days were so easy! Towels, chairs and umbrellas available. Short walk down to the beach where the views were amazing. Laundry on site was also a nice bonus. Owners were easy to work with. Would recommended this place for sure!
