EV Charging, Quick access to slopes, restaurants.

FREE Level 2 EV charging (NEMA 14-50 outlet only) and a private garage with lots of gear storage for skis, bikes, rods, etc.

The free bus stop is a few steps away & provides easy access to the mountain & town. Walking distance to restaurants & shops. 1.5 miles to nearest ski lodge.

We love our mountain town and are willing to offer recommendations for fun activities all season long!

*Summer- portable a/c is provided in bedroom only and fans are provided for the other spaces*

You will enter the apartment into a great room that comfortably combines the living and kitchen spaces into one open living experience. A wall of windows makes the space open and bright.

The kitchen includes a microwave, 2- burner cook top, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and a full array of utensils, dishes, pot and pans, etc so you have all you need to cook meals. The dining table allows for comfortable food serving and eating space.

The bathroom is off the great room and includes a tub/shower combo so you can soak your weary muscles after a long day on the mountain or can use it for a child’s bath before bedtime

For your comfort, the bedroom has a king size Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and the sofa bed has a queen-sized Ashley Furniture quality memory foam mattress. Additionally, every window in the apartment is dressed with Eclipse Absolute Zero blackout curtains which will assist with getting a great night’s sleep.

The private garage has a Level 2 220V EV NEMA 14-50 outlet available (adaptors/charging cables are not provided). Parking of 2 cars only on the property and only in the garage. Height of garage is 6`8` In the winter due to snow accumulation at the entrance, height might be less. There is plenty of space in the garage to store gear, strollers, etc.

In winter, the driveway is plowed consistently during storms, however, due to variable factors such as high snow accumulation per hour during some storms we cannot guarantee that every model of car will be able to access the garage without some snow removal.

In summer- portable a/c is provided in the bedroom, fans are provided in the other spaces.

We are available via call/text to assist with any questions/concerns or to give recommendations of things to do and places to go. We can go to the apartment, if requested.

The apartment is located in downtown Mammoth Lakes. A shuttle stop (FREE) is located less than a minutes walk. You can be to the Main Lodge at Mammoth Mountain in 15 min and avoid a parking headache at the ski resort. Additionally, you can take the shuttle to any place in town and even up to Mammoth Lakes Basin Loop.

Many restaurants are within a 5 min walk, including The Warming Hut which is adjacent to the property. Several breweries are also within walking distance.

Additionally, you can visit a variety of retail shops on foot or can link up to running trails and paths that start in town.

There are 2 grocery stores and a pharmacy within a 5-10 min walk.

You can easily access the free town shuttles. The nearest stop is less than a minutes walk from the apartment. Free shuttles run year around throughout town and to all the ski mountain lodges. You can also access the Lakes Basin and The Village easily on the shuttle.

There is parking around town if you prefer to drive, however you might park a long ways from the ski resort base depending on the day.

During winter, the driveway is snowplowed often throughout the day to ensure access to the apartment & slopes.

In summer, like most homes in the mountains, there is no central a/c. Even on the hottest days, it cools down significantly in the evening. Windows can be opened for a nice breeze & fans are provided.

We generally have fast, reliable internet, but can’t guarantee there will be no interruptions.

We do our best to keep our place clear of critters and insects such as ants, moths, etc but we are surrounded by nature so cannot guarantee you won’t encounter any.

Snow and storms are part of our mountain weather which gives us great skiing. It is important to be prepared with chains, etc. Refunds will not be given due to chain control or temporary road closures. If you are concerned about weather, we recommend you purchase applicable travel insurance.
1. Parking of 2 cars only on the property and in the garage. Height of garage is 6`8`.
2. Garage door to be kept shut when not actively using.
3. Trash to be disposed of in the bear-proof dumpster only.
4. No smoking of any kind allowed on the property. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
5. 4 occupants maximum per city ordinance.
6. Town quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am. Please be kind to your neighbors and observe these quiet times.
7. Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Garage door clickers are provided, if they are not returned a $50/each charge will be assessed.
10. Roof sheds ice and snow in the winter. Avoid walking under the edge of the roof. Do not park under overhang. Be careful of ice in the parking lot.
11. No parties or events allowed.

Easy and Comfortable

Access to the property is so easy and convenient. Love the private and spacious garage. Room was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen is small but well-supplied. Grocery and restaurants just minutes away. Great place, highly recommend!

A gem of a place! Very convenient (we walked to dinner two evenings out of three, and to the supermarket, and to the mountain shop). Well equipped without being cluttered. Comfortable. And cool having a closed garage right next to the room.

Fantastic stay!

Property was great. Place was very clean and well kept. Bed were relaxing to sleep on, including the pull out sofa bed. Location was also ideal. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Having a garage to store our vehicle was a plus. When looking to book, I did read reviews that the walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors but it was never an issue. You'd have to be in complete silence to hear something if at all. Definitely recommend, definitely staying here again.

Clean, modern, and as described

This one bedroom apartment rental was clean, modern, and as described in the description. Basic amenities are provided. Toiletries (shampoo and bar soap) are provided but no conditioner. They are also hotel sized bottles, so you may need to bring your own. The one downside is that the walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbors talking and banging against the wall. Corbin was very responsive when I had issues and addressed them quickly. The place is very conveniently located and the garage is clutch!

Fantastic apartment!

This is such a great apartment!! EV charging was great. We left our car in the garage charging and walked to restaurants and stores. The garage is huge so we could leave all our bikes safely in the garage. The apartment was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the apartment. The bedroom is huge and the mattress was very comfortable. Julie was a great host and we will definitely stay here or one of the other apartments in the building (there are 4) again. Thanks for our great stay!
