The overall stay was good, but there were some frustrations. You guys have to do something about the door knobs. We all kept getting stuck in the bathrooms. The door knobs kept falling off our whole stay. There were not enough hand towels. Not enough propane to grill. Guest should not be required to fill propane tank on the very first time grilling.... Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Air conditioner stopped working and host immediately had someone there to fix it. Technician was great and we had no issues after that. Location was great!! Quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. Overall our stay was good. Thank you.

We would defiantly stay here again!!!

First off We would defiantly stay here again! Just like any place there are things that could help. We had 7 people and there wasn't enough toiletries , 2nd upstairs is very hot compared to down stairs so if you are hot natured bring a fan. Beware of the door knobs falling off but you can just out them back on lol. Other than that we had an awesome stay and will stay here again in the future! Close to everything in town. Nothing was more than 10-15 minutes away.

Beautiful older home in a great location.

Visiting Hot Springs from Texas for the first time. Loved the features of this older home. It was nicely decorated. Had plenty of space. It met all of our needs for this trip.

The perfect getaway!

This was the perfect stay in Hot Springs! A cute little cottage style home with everything you need to relax and sit back with your friends or family!! Thank you Sarah! The best host who made special arrangements for us so that we could decorate for my sisters bachelorette party. Forever grateful! Will return one day!

2022 February Oaklawn weekend

The house is just 3/10 of a mile from the track which was wonderful. The house has a ton of updates and is a really nice place to stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of parking area behind the house. There was one full bathroom upstairs that the 3 bedrooms shared. A 3/4 bathroom downstairs. The kitchen had a good supply of dishes, utensils and cookware. As in any older house that has been renovated, just be ready to deal with uneven and squeaky floors and doors that don't always close very easily.

Nice place and good location

This was a nice, quaint little house. Pretty good location in relation to most attractions in Hot Springs. Property manager was super helpful when needed.

Perfect place to stay in Hot Springs!

This great home away from home is in a convenient location to visit all the area has to offer. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long visit. Sarah made sure our stay was great!

Weekend with great friends!

Sarah’s Oaklawn Weekender was perfect for our weekend in Hot Springs. The location was so close to the racetrack we were able to walk! The house was just as it was advertised and Sarah, the owner was great to work with! We will definitely stay here again!
