Beaches, Boating and Bistros! Live the island lifestyle in this spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house located on desirable Palm Island on Siesta Key. Lounge in the heated pool and spa or enjoy your favorite libation at your private Waterfront Tiki Bar.

The best location on Siesta Key. 7 minute walk to Siesta Key Beach, 9 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. Large private heated pool with hot tub.

House is located on the Grand Canal with access to the Intercostal Waterway, with private dock. Large private deck right on the canal for relaxing or entertaining. Also has Tiki Bar adjacent to pool and dock, with large fire pit area. Large heated pool has ample chase lounges, chairs and dinning area that seats 10. Pool area also has large spa whirlpool.

The 5 bedrooms will accommodate 10 people. Master suite and 3 other bedrooms on main(second) floor, along with 3 full bathrooms. Master suite is equipped with Spa/Hydro Massage Tub. The lower floor has a bonus area with large bar room and large rec room with high quality ping pong table. Ground floor also has one bedroom and full bathroom.

Huge open living space, with massive kitchen and dinning area that seats 10 or more. Dinning area leads right into family area with two full couches and 70' TV. This area is connected to a bar top table area for drinks/eats over looking the pool and canal area. On the other side is a large sitting area for reading or just relaxing and admiring the views of pool and canal area. Both family area and sitting area lead to very large deck by way of large sliding glass doors that open completely up.

The large second floor deck overlooks the pool, the canal and the Tiki area. Deck has large six seat table, with patio couch and coffee table, in addition to a sitting area with Adirondacks chairs.

Location is a quick walk to Siesta Key Beach. Beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella provided. Also, just a few minute walk to the Siesta Key Village, filled with tons of fun restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Great house.

House was beautiful. Pool was awesome. A lot of room to hang out. Close to beach and village. The kitchen was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to family and friends. Host was great to responding to question and checking on us.

Jeff was a great host and he checked in the middle of the trip to make sure everything was going well. House came as advertised with no unwelcomed surprises. We enjoyed the screened in outdoor spaces and the ability to get away from the mosquitoes and no see-ums. The dock offers decent fishing with sheepshead and mojarra being the most common fish.

Great place!

This place was perfect for our family to stay! Had plenty of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and pool! Just a quick walk to the ocean. Jeff was quick to respond to my questions and checked on us to be sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend renting from him!

Excellent Family holiday in Siesta Key

Great accommodation in a brilliant location. Everything supplied to make it an amazing holiday for our party of 8 adults and one four year old It was refreshing to find all was as advertised in the VRBO listing. Jeff was an amazing host, always quick to respond to every question asked of him via text or email. Would certainly recommend booking this place

Family Vacation

Fantastic stay

We were here for our spring break with three families. We all had an amazing time around the pool and deck area. The house was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We always do our own meals so we used the crockpot, the grill, and pots/pans. The house is very spacious—we had 10 in our group and we never felt crowded. Plenty of room! The owner was also very responsive and in touch with me throughout the week to check in. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this is definitely one of the best!

Lovely stay on Siesta Key

Overall we had a lovely time - the property is spacious, very well located, very in keeping with the Siesta vibe. Rooms are lovely, kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, lots of beach towels and beach equipment. Very clean. Easy to walk into the village and to the beach, and the ride-for-tips make it even easier to get in. There are a couple of things that didn't work but the Host was quick to help and very friendly and accomodating. If we ever find ourselves in Siesta Key again as a larger group I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Summer fun 24

We enjoyed the property. Being able to relax at the beach in the am and have the pool for the afternoons and evenings worked out great. Fishing the canal didn't produce fish but was probaby more operator error. Penty of home for everyone to hang together as well as brake out to seperate areas. Awesome for a larger group. The ping pong added a nice flashback to being a kid.

EXCELLENT vacation home!!

The vacation home was even better then we expected. It was VERY spacious and we loved the layout of the house. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable and we loved the pool area. All of the linens, beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs were very helpful to have there since we flew to FL. The location was great. It was a bit more of a walk to the beach (8 min) and the village (20 min) then we expected. If we had any questions, Jeff answered them right away and was very helpful. We were very happy with our stay there!

Fun week in SK!

The screened in outdoor/pool area was perfect for family and friends to gather after mornings at the beach. The dining and kitchen area did a good job holding the 10 adults that came on the trip. The house was spacious so you could get away if needed with multiple gathering areas. The property owner responded quickly to questions. We even saw several manatee in the canal from our deck. That was really cool. Would recommend and return.

March break

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with our family during March break. We are 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 9 and we all slept comfortably. Our only issue was that one of the adult bedrooms did not have an on suite bathroom. Otherwise the house was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool and backyard area was amazing and the pool was a perfect temperature. We spent a lot of time outdoors and loved that it was screened in. The location was perfect. We rented a golf cart and used it for the beach and town. We appreciated the beach wagon and chairs etc. we would definitely come back and rent this home again.

Great Family Place!

The property and house were just as described in the listing! The pool is fantastic and the house is set up wonderfully! We loved that the pool was deep so kids could jump and play. We fished, had campfires, used the bikes a lot, and were so thankful for the layout of the house that allows for privacy but also community! We could virtually watch the kids in the pool from almost every public area of the house, and the upper balcony was great. The kitchen is well stocked. There are beach chairs and a wagon, as well as beach towels and pool toys. We rented kayaks for the week and used them on the canal almost every day. We had one rainy day and the house is big enough that everyone had a space to entertain themselves. Kids still swam in the pool despite the rain-young adults downstairs in the bar/rec room-and us old folks upstairs watching the NCAA tournament. 😉 The neighborhood is quiet- so it was perfect for family that wanted to avoid rowdy spring break vibe of Beach Road. Beach is about a half mile, so if you have really little kids, just know that. We had a 10 and 11yo. No problem for them. The owner, Jeff, was fantastic! He was very communicative and helpful. Super responsive and timely. One of the best we’ve worked with! Definitely hoping to return to this property in the future!

Great Vacation

Beautiful home with 5 decent sized BRs; newer huge master BR/BA and 3 guest BRs & 2 BAs on main level. 1 BR on first level with a BA. Note the main level is the 2nd story. Lots of different fun spaces to spread out. both inside and outside. Heated pool 86 and hot tub. Walkable to the beach and Village, we rented a 6 person golf cart which really worked well. Great experience.

Perfect Family Vacation

Family Vacation

This property was a perfect fit for our two families. Total of 9 people, plenty of room for all, great pool area for the kids and adults! We all enjoyed the pig pong table and had a friendly tournament with all involved! Short walk to beach, which was, in my opinion, the best area to be at! Appreciated having the beach cart, chairs and umbrella that were available. Would recommend this property to families or multiple couples to enjoy Siesta Key!

Loved the house and pool!

Pleasantly surprised with interior of house. Well furnished with plenty of room. Very clean. Large pool the kids loved. Fire pit was fun for smores. Could use a new gas grill. But really enjoyed our stay! We can't wait to go back!

Fun at Siesta Key

Annual Girl's Trip

In October, 4 girlfriends and I celebrated our 25th Annual Girl's Trip at this wonderful property on Siesta Key!! The house was perfect for us-5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We lounged on the second floor deck, lunched on the ground floor patio, and loved our time in the pool. The kitchen was large and very well stocked and the dining area was roomy for meals, drinks, and card playing! Living area with huge TV was a cozy place to binge watch shows and DVDs of our previous trips. Location made it walkable to Siesta Key Village and the beach, but mostly we used the very convenient "tips only" rides to get there faster. Jeff is a wonderful owner/host. We had a couple of occasions to text him with questions and he responded immediately. Very nice guy to work with. The five of us agreed it was the best accommodation we have had in 25 years. And that's saying a lot!

We just purchased this property in December and had it completely updated. We loved the great location, situated right between Siesta Key Beach and the Siesta Key Village. In addition, it is actually located on an Island on Siesta Key. It is right on the canal, which gives opportunity to kayak, canoe, paddle board or even fish right out the back door, off the private dock. In addition the canal provides easy access to the Intercoastal Waterway and then the Gulf.
