The Nantucket is a completely restored unit on the second floor of a historic Charleston. Relax with the added privacy and quiet of the top floor. Spacious rooms, beds, and a living room make The Nantucket the perfect place to rest while enjoying your vacation. The private traditional porch allows guests to experience the city and Charleston charm from the comfort of their own elevated retreat.



The Nantucket can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a kitchen, and a spacious living room.



Bedroom #1 – King bed + Shared bath

Bedroom #2 – Queen bed + ½ bath & Shared full bath

Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite bath



This unit has 2 small cars stacked or one large car reserved parking spot.

Guest Access:

Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
