Great communication with owner reps; unit was clean, modern and comfortable. If you need a clean modern place to unpack and sleep while you enjoy all of downtown Charleston, this is a perfect location.

The place is lovely but needs a good painting. Doors out to the balcony need repair. The terrace has takeaway containers and cigarette butts under the couches. The stairs down to the door need to be cleaned more regularly.We had a great stay and its a great location and super comfortable beds and amazing shower and it was so helpful to have a second parking space. We had a fab time.

We were able to get an early check-in which was helpful because we just wanted to drop off our luggage and explore the area. Very clean and comfortable. There is a coffee shop called Island Provisions within a block that we went to every morning..no need for a car...great location.

Great location close to all the action on King Street and located in a very safe area. Plenty of room for 6 adults who stayed. Very clean property, nice open kitchen to the living room area for a nice flow for a group. My only complaint about the property is someone was always parked in our parking spot and we had to find parking on the street. The management group did not respond when we reached out about the parking situation.

Girls trip

Wonderful property in an excellent location. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. We had five in the group and slept comfortably on the king size beds. So nice for each room to have its own bathroom. Host was very responsive and super helpful with parking spots. Would stay again…my only request would be to be a little better stocked with towels.

We enjoyed staying here. It is very comfortable and great for three couples. Nicely decorated. Very new. Water pressure was lacking. Kitchen is beautiful with new appliances but we were surprised there wasn’t even salt and pepper…. But all in all very pleased with the property and the customer service. Thank you!

Cute Condo in a Great Location!

My friends and I came down for a girls trip in early April. We were happy to have our own rooms and bathrooms and share the common area. The location of this place is excellent and walkable to almost everything. We really enjoyed having BTW across the street to grab some food and drinks and we also really enjoyed Island provisions for breakfast. The outdoor area was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a drink and some cheese and crackers!It was nice to have a parking spot and all of our communication with the property manager was quick and helpful!Our only complaint was the construction that they are doing that starts at 7:30 in the morning with persistent loud pounding for the entire day. This is obviously nothing. The owner could have changed. One other suggestion is to put ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It was a little warm at night and the air circulation wasn’t great into the bedrooms.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have space to spread out and be in a optimal location to explore Charleston!

Outstanding Stay!

A group of girlfriends visited the Guesthouse and had the BEST time! Kerri was incredibly flexible and helpful in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. She provided great restaurant recommendations, allowed us to store our luggage in the office since we arrived earlier than checkin, and was communicative and responsive our entire stay. The property itself was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and more. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Birthday Trip

We were in town celebrating a birthday. The location of the property, its proximity to King St shopping and restaurants was great for us. The men in our group golfed a couple of local courses while the ladies enjoyed the shopping and other attractions. Overall would definitely recommend. The only slightly negative that we found was that the water pressure especially in the bathrooms was low. The shower in the upstairs bathroom does not have enough pressure for a shower if either of the other showers is in use. Also, the platform bed in the downstairs bedroom has a great mattress but could use more support underneath and could use some attention.

Great location, beautifully decorated historic home!

This was the perfect place to stay for 3 couples! Each room had a king bed and it's own bathroom. The location was fantastic, right off King Street. It didn't get noisy at night, and was very walkable to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Not to mention, the decor is fabulous! Would highly recommend.

Good location but quality could be improved

Overall the property was in a good location close to King St. I did feel as if the property had the bare minimum in regards to comfort. I believe the property would benefit from having more towels supplied and small touches to make the place feel more welcoming. The upstairs stayed very warm throughout the night and thermostat was set to 70. Also, there were scuffs and marks over majority of the walls and the walls require new paint. During the stay, I messaged the number given to ask about parking and no one got back to me.

Beautiful place with a few small blemishes

Generally the place rocks. The location was fantastic, parking was tight but adequate, and the house itself was beautifully done. The floors are NOT level and they flex a bit, but that is to be expected with a historic home. The water pressure was very low. The bathroom sinks were sort of a steady trickle. Showers were better. The downstairs door at the base of the steps (used by 4 rental units) didn't close so it could not be locked which could be a security issue. We had some issues getting email (could be our provider but I doubt it) from the property manager and they were slow to respond to our requests for check-in information. However, the pluses far outweighed the minuses, and overall it was a great stay. I would stay there again.

Nice apartment in good neighborhood

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We found it perfect for our group which consisted of 2 couples. It was a nice "home-base" for daily adventures in Charleston. There was a convenience store nearby and several places to get coffee or a drink and a short drive to downtown Charleston. The beds were comfy and the patio off the upstairs bedroom was a plus!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay in Unit 46F and would stay there again. We traveled as a family myself and husband with our adult son - my mom in law & my sister in law with her two children (under10) & everyone had room to spread out and be comfortable. My son slept on futon, he said it was not bad - we slept upstairs and I thought it was very comfortable - everyone else slept well they said. It was convenient to drive anywhere and we walked down King to the Francis Marion area and it was an easy walk. There was a small hiccup with communication - we had a couple of questions and could not locate the extra linens for the futon - they requested texting and we did, we never received a response so the next day I emailed and did receive a response which explained their messenger was not working. They answered our questions promptly then and all was well. If there were any negatives - its their parking lot (this is not their fault-it just is what it is) When they say its a tight fit - trust and believe - it is a tight fit! We found backing in worked much better!! The spots are adequate, but not everyone is great at parking, so if someone has parked catawampus - it messes with the whole parking lot. So if you just back into your spot and then make sure you park all the way in - you'll be much happier!! :). Very happy overall with our stay!
