This iconic and emblematic location marks the entrance to the Fishing Port, facing the Old Lighthouse and the sea. There is no better place to experience local life, watching the trawlers head out to sea and return from fishing, seeing the small vendors sort fish and set up their stalls. Just a two-minute walk from all amenities and the beach, this apartment is ideal for enjoying the seaside town.

This fully equipped apartment features a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a mezzanine with 2x70x190 bedding. The living room offers a stunning view of the Old Lighthouse, the Canal, and the Maison du Dauphin, with an open-plan kitchen. A bathroom with a bathtub and a non-separated toilet complete the layout.

The apartment is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and air conditioning. All of this, without any overlooking neighbors, in a private setting, and just a short walk from shops and the beach. You will find all the necessary amenities for preparing meals, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the kitchen utensils needed.

The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a sofa and air conditioning. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and relax in one of the two bedrooms, decorated in a minimalist style. The bathroom features a bathtub, and the toilet is separate.

A set of bed sheets for the double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation. Any additional requests will be charged: €25 TTC for a double bed (2 people) or €15 TTC for a single bed (1 person). Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
